Skybound and Image Comics have shared a first look at Capes #8, from writer Benito Cereno, artist/colorist Mark Englert, and letterer Rus Wooton. Capes #8 takes readers – and the heroes of Capes, Inc. – further into the most unexpected corner of the Invincible Universe. Capes #8 will hit comic book shops on June 24, 2026.

Capes embark on a murder mystery more personal than they ever imagined. And Bolt isn’t about to sit on the sidelines…

Plus, Invincible co-creators Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker, alongside colorist Annalisa Leoni present the next chapter of their Ella Mental backup story, the newest hero of the Invincible Universe!
