Absolute Flash #10 (DC Comics) – We’re intrigued to see where this series goes as part of the Absolute Universe.

Black Panther Intergalactic #1 (Marvel) – We’ve dug Marvel’s revamped cosmic corner so far and are excited to see how this fits into all of that and what it means for Black Panther.

Cul-De-Sac #5 (Bad Idea) – The vampire series has been an interesting twist on the genre with intriguing art and a nice slow reveal as to what’s really going on.

Die Loaded #2 (Image Comics) – The series returned and oh how it was missed. Kieron Gillen and Stephanie Hans = can’t miss!

Endeavour #2 (DSTLRY) – It’s Lord of the Flies with rich kids on a boat.

Everything Dead And Dying #4 (Image Comics) – The series has been fantastic so far with an interesting and fresh take on the zombie genre.

Exquisite Corpses #8 (Image Comics) – The series has been a hell of a lot of fun and we fully expect what seems like a simple battle royale to morph into something more.

G.I. Joe #16 (Skybound) – The “Dreadnok War” continues and has been a solid multi-issue arc for the series that just gets us even more excited for what the Energon Universe is building.

I May Be A Guild Receptionist But I’ll Solo Any Boss To Clock Out On Time Volume 5 (Yen Press) – The series has been a blast with a receptionist just crushing dungeons. You can feel her frustration as she just wants to do her job and unfortunately needs to deal with a lot irritation.

No Place #2 (Ignition Press) – What at first seemed like an interesting twist on Peter Pan wound up being something far different. We’re sucked into this new take on classic stories.

Planet She-Hulk #2 (Marvel) – The series is a lot of fun so far and it’s interesting a rules focused character like She-Hulk deal with the insanity of ruling over a sort-of lawless world.

Racer X #4 (Mad Cave Studios) – This companion series to Speed Racer has been fantastic giving Racer X’s perspective to events and diving deeper into his motivations.

Space Ghost Volume 2 #4 (Dynamite Entertainment) – One of the best superhero comics on the shelves right now, it’s delivered with every issue balancing one off stories and a greater meta story.

Star Trek: The Last Starship #3 (IDW Publishing) – We’re all in on this series that takes us into The Burn and surprised us with each issue so far.

Supernatural #3 (Dynamite Entertainment) – While we’re not Supernatural fans, this series has been a hell of a lot of fun and making us think we missed out on a solid television series.

Survive #4 (Bad Idea) – The series has been fantastic with a struggle for survival in a sinking sub.

Absolute Batman #15 (DC Comics) – We want to know about the Absolute version of Joker!!!

The Beauty #2 (Ignition Press) – The series has always been an interesting concept about an STD that makes you beautiful and with a television series releasing in January, it’s a comic to keep an eye on.

C.O.R.T. Children Of The Round Table #4 (DC Comics) – This all-ages series has been a blast with great art and an updated take on the Knights of the Round Table. Just a fantastic series.

Crownsville #2 (Oni Press) – The series is based on a real location that really did horrific things and we’re sucked in to it. Amazing storytelling and art explore the real horrors of the world.

The Darkness #1 (Image Comics/Top Cow Productions) – We have a sweet spot for the Darkness but it’s been almost 30 years since it original debuted and a dozen since it ended. Does the series get updated? Stay the same?

DC K.O. Wonder Woman Vs. Lobo #1 (DC Comics) – We’re suckers for the who can be up who debates…

Infernal Hulk #2 (Marvel) – That first issue was a hell of a debut delivering chilling horror that had us sucked in.

Nova Centurion #2 (Marvel) – The debut issue was a hell of a lot of fun with Nova now being a gun for hire and taking on a job he’d rather not. Good humor, good cast, and solid art make this a fun one.

Ordained #1 (Bad Idea) – The newest series from Bad Idea has the first issue already getting a new printing. It reminds us of 80s/90s action films as a priest turns out to be a former soldier and has to seek revenge.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #13 (IDW Publishing) – With a new creative team we’re intrigued to see where they’ll take this series after the hell of the run by writer Jason Aaron and artist Juan Ferreyra.

Terminator Metal #3 (Dynamite Entertainment) – The series has been awesome placing Terminators throughout time and delivering stories you can pick up and enjoy.

Transformers #27 (Image Comics/Skybound) – The series has a different voice with the new creative team but it’s been great so far with a lot thrown into the first two issues and we’re expecting even more for this one.

Ultimate Spider-Man #23 (Marvel) – With the final of this and the Ultimate Universe coming soon… how does this end!?

Ultimate Wolverine #12 (Marvel) – With the final of this and the Ultimate Universe coming soon… how does this end!?

Absolute Green Lantern #9 (DC Comics) – The series has been an interesting spin on the classic Green Lantern mythos and we’re intrigued to see where this all goes.

G.I. Joe #15 (Image Comics/Skybound) – The “Dreadnock War” continues and so far it’s been a hell of a lot of fun seeing Duke and Cobra Commander teaming up to survive.

Giant Size Criminal #1 (Image Comics) – More Criminal is a good thing!

Murder Podcast #3 (Ignition Press) – The series about a podcast that causes people to kill has been fascinating and we’re sucked in wanting to know what exactly is going on.

Save Now #2 (Bad Idea) – The first issue was solid with a superhero who could go back a relive time but no matter what he does, he can’t change an apocalyptic future.

Speed Racer #5 (Mad Cave Studios) – The series has been a lot of fun so far, a solid update to the classic property that does a great job of recreating the episodic nature of the television show in being able to enjoy just one or appreciate the bigger story.

Terminator: Santa Claus Is Coming To Town #1 (Dynamite) – We have no idea if it’s in this comic but we really want to see the Terminator vs. Santa. No idea why but it seems like silly fun.

Ultimate Universe: Two Years In #1 (Marvel) – The Ultimate Universe is “ending” in a few months (we’re not convinced it is) so we’re fascinated to see what this has in store for what’s coming.

Wiccan: Witches’ Road #1 (Marvel) – Marvel’s magic corner of its universe is having a shake up right now and we’re positive this series is going to have something key coming out of it.

Absolute Batman #14 (DC Comics) – The series has been fantastic with an interesting new take on Batman, Gotham, and his various rogues. The battle with Bane might end here? We’re excited to find out!

Arcadia #1 (Ignition Press) – The Miranda brothers’ debut with Ignition Press. The duo have put out some amazing comics in the past and Ignition Press has been on a great run of debuts, so we’re excited to see what this pairing can do.

Dead Head #1 (Iron Ace) – Follow along as Dead Head’s thirst for revenge leads him through dozens of slashers to the one and only Mauler Mason – a legendary killer who’s murdered thousands!

Devil On My Shoulder #1 (Dark Horse) – The team behind Where Monsters Lie have a new series. Something terrible has happened. For forty days she was tortured by five men and left for dead — but she will get her revenge on each and every one of them. And it will be bloody. An event that takes her on a strange and violent supernatural path of payback through bizarre encounters with ex-hitmen, sadistic art enthusiasts, and literal devils.

Escape #4 (Image Comics) – The war series has been great with a focus on a survivor of a crash behind enemy lines focused on completing the mission. Mix that with some amazing art and it’s one that shouldn’t be missed.

Feral #18 (Image Comics) – The previous issue delivered a solid twist and direction and we’re excited to see where it all goes.

Galactic #1 (DSTLRY) – An ultraviolent interstellar romance that tells the story of a roguish bounty hunter hired to bring back a Princess on a death-bender on a hippy planet, and inadvertently find themselves caught in the crossfire of an intergalactic war.

Infernal Hulk #1 (Marvel) – The Hulk has been possessed in what sounds like an awesome next chapter for the classic character that continues to explore the character’s horror roots.

The Jungle #2 (Uncivilized Books) – The series has some great art and solid storytelling as it focuses in on a gang locked up behind bars.

Killer: Affairs Of The State II #6 (BOOM! Studios) – The series has been solid as The Killer has been tasked with taking out a pedophile ring packed with the rich and powerful and questions why it takes money and influence to get justice?

Skinbreaker #3 (Skybound) – David Finch’s art along makes this one to check out!

Supernatural #2 (Dynamite) – The first issue was fantastic as the Winchester brothers returned to comics. It was a lot of fun and we’re hoping for more!

Survive #3 (Bad Idea) – A sub has had catastrophic damage done to it, possibly by an American spy and all that remain alive on it is that spy and one Russian crew member. Will they kill each other? Will either escape? The series is fantastic with lots of tension and action.

Batman/Deadpool #1 (DC Comics/Marvel) – We were a bit mixed on the first crossover comic of these two but we’re intrigued to see what the DC release is going to be list.

Deluge #2 (Ignition Press) – The horror comic set in a prison that’s flooding is a really interesting concept and we want to see where it goes after a solid debut issue.

Everything Dead And Dying #3 (Image Comics) – This series has shown there’s still life in the classic zombie genre and there’s much more that can be done with it.

Exquisite Corpses #7 (Image Comics) – We love this series that has killers competing in a small town to be the last one standing representing the families that really control America.

Final Boss #1 (Image Comics) – We’re getting brawling/side-scrolling video game vibes from this, and we’re here for it.

G.I. Joe #14 (Skybound) – The Dreadnok War continues!

John le Carre’s The Circus Losing Control #1 (Dark Horse) – Matt Kindt adapting an international spy story… yeah, this is on our must read list.

No Man’s Land #3 (Image Comics) – The series has solid X-Files vibe to it set during the Cold War.

Nova Centurion #1 (Marvel) – Things are looking bright for Marvel’s cosmic corner of things!

One World Under Doom #9 (Marvel) – The event wraps up and beyond Doom no longer being the Sorcerer Supreme, we have no idea how it’s wrapping up.

Racer X #3 (Mad Cave Studios) – The Speed Racer universe has been great so far and we love this series that has a focus all its own while also tying into the main Speed Racer series.

Return Of The Blues Brothers The Escape Of Joliet Jake (Z2 Comics) – We’re fans of the classic comedy/music act and we really want to see if and how it translates to the comic page.

Space Ghost Volume 2 #5 (Dynamite Entertainment) – The series has been fantastic and one of the best superhero comics on the shelves right now balancing one and done stories with a story running through each volume. Great Story + Great Art = Must get!

Spawn The Dark Ages #1 (Image Comics) – Liam Sharp handling writing and art duties for Spawn…

Star Trek The Last Starship #2 (IDW Publishing) – Kirk is back. Nuff said.

Terminator Metal #2 (Dynamite Entertainment) – The first issue was solid with a standalone story set during the future conflict. We’re hoping for more of that in this series.

Yuletide #2 (Oni Press) – The first issue was a nice new spin on a story during the holiday season.

Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite Of Spring #4 (IDW Publishing) – The series hasn’t just been an excellent comic about a serial character, but the second volume dives into the early years of online bulletin boards.

Black Diamond #3 (Ignition Press) – Just solid, tense horror involving a kidnapped kid and the father who wants to get them back and will do whatever it takes.

C.O.R.T.: Children Of The Round Table #3 (DC Comics) – The all-ages series has been fantastic and gives a new spin on the classic Knights of the Round Table.

Die Loaded #1 (Image Comics) – Die is back with a new volume pickup where the previous left off. Read our early review.

Dog Man Volume 14 Big Jim Believes (Graphix) – How can you not include what will likely be one of the biggest sellers of the year?

Hellboy And The B.P.R.D.: The Ghost Ships Of Labrador #1 (Dark Horse) – Hellboy is always a fun series you can dive into and just pick up an enjoy when a new first issue is released.

Not-Sew-Wicked Stepmom Volume 7 (IZE Press) – We love this manhwa that spins the classic Snow White and this volume especially takes it in an intriguing direction.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Godzilla #1 (IDW Publishing) – We’re pretty sure Godzilla could just step on them and their weapons won’t do much… yeah, we really need to see what this is all about.

Transformers #26 (Skybound) – With a new creative team, the comic has a bit of a different voice but we’re pumped to see where this goes after the last issue and the introduction of some new characters.

We’re Taking Everyone Down With Us #6 (Image Comics) – The series has been absolutely fantastic and we’re bummed this is it for this chapter. Hopefully we’ll see more.

Youngblood #1 (Image Comics) – Rob Liefeld returning to Youngblood? We’ll check it out.

Absolute Batman 2025 Annual #1 (DC Comics) – We were promised Batman beating up KKK looking people and that’s what we’re reading this for.

Beauty (2025) #1 (Ignition) – In an age where folks have regressed when it comes to medicine and science, we’re not sure how this series is going to go with its focus on a sexually transmitted disease that makes you more beautiful.

Feral #17 (Image Comics) – We love this series that mixes zombie horror with Don Bluth cuteness. The latest arc has echoes of The Walking Dead and Rick and his crew finding other survivors and we have no idea how it’s going to end.

Imperial #4 (Marvel) – One of the strongest comic events in a while. It’s been tight, focused and we’re excited to see what’s done with so limited issues to do it in.

Return To Sleepy Hollow #1 (IDW Publishing) – The Tim Burton film gets a continuation as part of the IDW Dark line of comics.

Supernatural #1 (Dynamite) – The Supernatural fandom is rabid and we’re not sure if we’re more interested in reading this or watching their reaction to the comic?

Synthetics Volume 1 #1 (Dark Horse) – This just sounds cool. On a dying Earth filled with expanding dead zones, humans form rage gangs to vent their anger at futures lost or escape into the cyber-void to avoid thinking about what’s coming. Our only hope of survival rests with a new kind of human. Will their appearance in a desperate world be met with acceptance—or destruction? Are they angels, devils, or the latest iteration of a Frankenstein’s monster?

Universal Monsters Dracula Black And White Special #1 (Skybound) – The art on this was amazing and we’re pumped to see what it’s like in black and white.

Voyeur #2 (Ignition) – We thought this was going to be like the film Sliver but it’s more Entrapment with more sexiness.

Escape #3 (Image Comics/Giant Generator) – The series gives us a story of survival far behind enemy lines mixed with amazing art.

Exquisite Corpses #6 (Image Comics) – The series just fills a solid space for us as killers battle it out in a town with the innocent people living there having no idea.

The Killer: Affairs Of The State II #5 (BOOM! Studios/Archaia) – The series has been fantastic so far with cool action moments but overall getting us to think about who gets justice in our modern world and why.

No Man’s Land #2 (Image Comics) – A murder right at the US/Russian border in Alaska during the Cold War has us hooked. We have no idea where this one’s going.

Space Ghost Volume 2 #4 (Dynamite) – We’ll keep repeating it, this is one of the best superhero comics on the shelf right now impressively balancing single issues you can pick up and enjoy while building a greater story through each volume.

Speed Racer: Tales From The Road – Two Princes #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – An anthology set in the world of Speed Racer? Sign us up since the two current ongoing series are so good!

Star Trek: Voyager – Homecoming #2 (IDW Publishing) – So close to home! The Voyager crew and ship have been kidnapped. We want to see what their reaction is to being almost home and it taken away.

Thanksgiving #1 (AHOY Comics) – Mark Russell writing anything has us interesting but taking on this celebrated holiday has us REALLY intrigued!

Terminator Metal #1 (Dynamite) – New Terminator series? We’ll be taking a look.

Ultimate Spider-Man #22 (Marvel) – The series ends in just three more issues and we have no idea what’s going to happen!

War Wolf #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – We won’t lie, the title has us checking this out.

Absolute Flash #8 (DC Comics) – Sounds like we’ll be getting some answers as to what’s going on in this issue.

Destroy All Humans, They Can’t Be Regenerated Vol. 5 (VIZ Media) – The series has been great because it’s a comic about playing Magic: The Gathering, not set in the world of the game.

Dungeons And Dragons: The Fallbacks Series 1 #1 (Dark Horse) – DnD has a new comic publisher and we’re interested in seeing what that brings.

Endeavour #1 (DSTLRY) – A modern-day tourism company is offering a “luxury” trip aboard a near-accurate recreation of the ship, Endeavour. For a hefty fee, elite passengers can experience history with all the modern comforts. The vacation of a lifetime… until the unthinkable happens, and seven children are stuck aboard the ship, alone and adrift at sea. Rough seas and rations are the least of their worries as they quickly realize the real enemy is each other.

Fantastic Four/Gargoyles #1 (Marvel) – The two properties come together in what hopefully is a fun crossover.

G.I. JOE #12 (Skybound) – The series is just a hell of a lot of fun and a great new take on the classic property.

Krypto: The Last Dog Of Krypton #5 (DC Comics) – Every issue has hit us in the feels and yet we’re still not prepared with each release.

One World Under Doom #8 (Marvel) – The event has been great and with just one more issue to go, we’re excited to see how it wraps up and what happens after.

Racer X #2 (Mad Cave Studios) – The two Speed Racer comics have been great and this issue sounds like it’s the events from Speed Racer #3 from Racer X’s perspective.

Save Now #1 (Bad Idea) – The superhero Saver has the ability to travel back in time and relive it. When he gets a glimpse at the impending apocalypse he dedicates himself to stopping it, no matter the cost.

Survive #2 (Bad Idea) – A sub has sunk and all that remain is one Russian member of the crew and the possible saboteur… who’s American.

T.A.M.A. #3 (Panick Entertainment) – Seriously, we just want to know how a digital creature can kill people!!!

Terrorbytes #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – Mark Russell with a comic that sounds like it skewers modern tech.

Yuletide #1 (Oni Press) – It’s getting into the holiday season and this series kicks off Oni’s entry for it.

Amazing X-Men #1/Binary #1/Laura Kinney: Sabretooth #1/Longshots #1/World Of Revelation #1 (Marvel) – The “Age of Revelation” get the first issues of a lot of the series set in it!

Astrobots Volume 2 #1 (Massive) – We loved the first volume which focused on a society of robots overtaken by corruption and a resistance to it all. If you dig Transformers, you’ll like this.

Black Diamond #2 (Panick Entertainment) – The first issue was solid horror about a father whose son is kidnapped on a ski slope.

C.O.R.T.: Children Of The Round Table #23 (DC Comics) – An all-ages creator-owned series and the debut issue was a hell of a lot of fun for kids and adults

Cul-De-Sac #3 (Bad Idea) – The series has been an interesting spin on the traditional vampire story with kids on the run from vampire hunters after learning they’re some sort of one and their families being butchered.

DC K.O. #1 (DC Comics) – DC’s fall/winter event kicks off here and it sounds like a video game brawler come to the comic page.

Death To Pachuco #1 (Image Comics) – During the summer of 1943, Los Angeles became a hotbed of tension and conflict as a series of fierce clashes erupted between U.S. Navy members and Mexican American youth stemming from the murder of Carlos Urbano. Private eye Ricardo “Ricky” Tellez needs to find the Sleep Lagoon Killer before the racist mob kills him in the Zoot Suit Riots. Rooted in real history!

Deluge #1 (Ignition Press) – We read the teaser comic of this and the concept of a flood that hides a greater terror slowly taking over a prison sounds like an interesting one.

Event Horizon: Dark Descent #2 (IDW Publishing) – We were scared shitless of the film and the first issue delivered that feeling. Here’s to more unease!

Guy In The Chair #1 (Dark Horse) – Support for a field operative named Merlin falls in love with her and things get crazy when Merlin shows up at his door bloody, beaten, and pleading for help.

Marian Heretic #1 (BOOM! Studios) – Described as “a provocative new take on nunsploitation, religious horror, and rebellion.” Yeah, we’re in.

Masterminds #2 (Dark Horse) – A solid take on the secret society initiation concept with the video game industry mixed in. It’ll leave you guessing how to solve the puzzles and what is and isn’t real.

Temporal #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – A heist story involving traveling through time to steal stuff is enough but this teases to expect something much more to it.

Transformers #25 (Skybound) – Robert Kirkman and Dan Mora take over and the issue is fantastic!
