Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring #6 (IDW Publishing) – The latest volume wraps up and after how the previous one ended… we have no idea what to expect.

Box Tales Vol. 2: Super Terrific Showtime! (First Second) – We loved the first volume that had us laughing. While geared towards kids, adults will enjoy it too… it hits close to home.

DC K.O. #5 (DC Comics) – The event wraps up as DC’s champion takes on Darkseid for the fate of everything.

Exploit #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – A reporter uncovers a secret about a tech billionaire.

Hikaru in the Light Vol. 3 (Graphix) – It’s a pop idol competition and we’re all in on this. Great storytelling and art with a nice attention to small details.

Narco #1 (Image Comics) – Marcus Wesphal has a rare form of narcolepsy — when he gets excited, he passes out. He’s adapted: homebound life, a harmless infatuation with the girl next door. But when he witnesses her murder and collapses, he becomes suspect #1. Now, he must leave his apartment to pursue a killer.

Nectar #1 (Vault Comics) – An island village off Salem, Massachusetts, is inundated by a strange species of butterflies that spread the Dancing Plague and have a very particular taste in nectar… human blood.

Poison Ivy #42 (DC Comics) – Poison Ivy as the Mayor of Gotham has us intrigued.

Speed Racer #6 (Mad Cave Studios) – The series has been solid with a great update to the classic property.

Absolute Martian Manhunter #9 (DC Comics) – The series has been trippy sci-fi and might say Absolute but feels more Vertigo.

Absolute Wonder Woman #17 (DC Comics) – The comic has gotten better and better as it has progressed and Wonder Woman has to take on Zatanna who has brought along some friends to help.

Amazing Spider-Man/Venom: Death Spiral #1 (Marvel) – The next big Marvel Spider-Man event starts here.

Escape #6 (Image Comics) – The series has been an amazing war comic with some fantastic art.

The Infernal Hulk #4 (Marvel) – The best comic Marvel is putting out right now. Great art and solid mix of horror.

Is Ted OK? #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – The series seems to be an interesting psychological exploration and gotten a lot of buzz so far.

Murder Drones #1 (Oni Press) – We don’t know a ton about this property but its gotten a lot of buzz so we’re checking it out.

Murder Podcast #5 (Ignition Press) – The series has been interesting horror as a podcast turns people into murderers. We want to know what’s going on!

My Friend Kim Jong Un (Drawn & Quarterly) – A graphic novel exploring the world leader and split between North and South Korea.

New History of the DC Universe: The Dakota Incident #1 (DC Comics/Milestone) – It’s felt like Milestone has had a few starts and stops in recent years, but we want to see what this one-shot brings and what it might lead to.

The Peril of the Brutal Dark: An Ezra Cain Mystery #1 (DC Comics/Vertigo) – The return of Vertigo has been solid so far and this new series has a detective/noir thing going we’re excited to check out.

Punisher #1 (Marvel) – The Punisher is back!

Save Now #3 (Bad Idea) – The series has been a really cool new take on the superhero genre and honestly, we have no idea where it’s going. That’s a good thing.

Spirit of the Shadows #2 (Oni Press) – The series’ first issue ended with a solid twist that we want to find out more about.

Universal Monsters: Phantom of the Opera #1 (Skybound) – Another classic horror series comics to comics from Skybound!

Voyeur #4 (Ignition Press) – The comic is a perfect mix between sexy and cool about a thief who’s stealing paintings at a resort.

Wrestle Heist #3 (Image Comics) – The series has been a lot of fun as a bunch of wrestlers decide to rob a promotion to get back at its owner.

Absolute Wonder Woman Annual 2026 #1 (DC Comics) – The Absolute line has been firing on all cylinders and this series has been getting better with each issue.

Barbarian Behind Bars #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – The series’ title says it all, a Barbarian from another time or world is transported to modern times where he’s arrested for murder.

Bleeding Hearts #1 (DC Comics/Vertigo) – Vertigo is back!

Center Holds #1 (BOOM! Studios) – A superhero series from Larry Hama and M.D. “Doc” Bright? Yeah, this is a must read.

Crownsville #4 (Oni Press) – The series has been fantastic horror rooted in real world history. There art is top notch as well. It combines for one that can’t be missed for fans of the genre.

Cyclops #1 (Marvel) – A survival story of Cyclops in the woods without his visor just sounds awesome.

DC K.O. #4 (DC Comics) – The heroes and villains of the DC universe meet their Absolute Universe versions. We’ve all been waiting for this moment.

First Freedom The Story Of Opal Lee And Juneteenth (Oni Press) – Timed for Black History Month, learn about Opal Lee who is known as the Grandmother of Junteenth.

Hank Howard Pizza Detective The Two Hollywoods #2 (Bad Idea) – The series plays its bonkers concept completely straight and all the better for it. It’s right there in the title, a detective whose entire beat involves cases dealing with pizza.

Jungle #3 (Uncivilized Books) – The series following a biker gang in jail has been great so far. Did we mentioned how all of them are monkeys?

Marc Spector Moon Knight #1 (Marvel) – Marc Spector has been kidnapped? Ok, we’re intrigued.

Space Ghost Volume 2 #8 (Dynamite Entertainment) – The series has been top notch continually being one of the best superhero comics on the shelves with great storytelling and art.

Transformers #29 (Skybound) – Sounds like the Autobots and Decepticons are battling it out again!

Archie x Army Of Darkness #1 (Dynamite Entertainment) – Some times you just need to sit back and enjoy the crazy comic ideas.

D’Orc #1 (Image Comics) – A half dwarf, half orc stumbles into a greater battle that’s going on in this fantary series that has us intrigued just from the cover alone.

DC K.O. Boss Battle #1 (DC Comics) – As part of the current event, DC’s heroes take on characters such as Sabrina, Homelander, and more!

DC x AEW #1 (DC Comics) – The stars of AEW team up with DC’s heroes and this has been a huge hit with every story we post about it, so there could be some heat for it.

Knight City #1 (Dark Horse) – A legendary hero is caught between two worlds. By day, he soars as a symbol of hope, but the moment he falls asleep, he enters a universe devoid of heroes and he leads a mundane life. As the pressure of his dual universes mount, his heroic self begins to crack, pushing him toward a mental breakdown.

March Omnibus Edition The Complete Trilogy In One (Top Shelf Productions) – If you never read this award-winning graphic novel series about the civil rights movement and Cong. John Lewis, here’s your chance to get the entire story in one volume.

Ripcord #1 (Ignition Press) – A dangerous drug sends a person on a deadly and dangerous mission to bring her sister back.

Thundarr The Barbarian #1 (Dynamite Entertainment) – We’re fans of the classic animated series so excited to see what this new comic series brings.

Twilight Zone #4 (IDW Publishing) – Nate Powell writing and doing the art for the Twilight Zone is a must get.

Ultimate Endgame #2 (Marvel) – We were a little underwhelmed by the debut issue but we’re all in to see how Marvel brings this world to an end and if it really is the end.

Absolute Batman #16 (DC Comics) – Batman and Wonder Woman meeting up continues here with another adventure!

Absolute Martian Manhunter #8 (DC Comics) – The series is wild and feels more Vertigo than Absolute but with its interesting storytelling and trippy visuals, we’re hooked no matter the branding.

Absolute Wonder Woman #16 (DC Comics) – Absolute Zatanna. Nuff said.

Do Not Disturb #1 (Invader Comics) – It’s a murder mystery with a little bit of Sixth Sense. We reviewed the first issue and think it’s one that shouldn’t be missed.

Feral #20 (Image Comics) – The series has been solid tense horror with adorable art and where it’s going, we have no idea. Keeping readers on their toes is partially why this series is so good.

G.I. JOE #18 (Skybound) – With “Dreadnok War” over, we want to see where this all goes as the world of G.I. JOE and Transformers gets closer and intertwine even more.

Infernal Hulk #3 (Marvel) – The series has been fantastic so far leaning heavy into its horror roots with a look the perfectly nails the mood.

Iron Man #1 (Marvel) – Joshua Williamson writing the series is all we need to want to check it out.

Malevolent #1 (Image Comics) – Thirty years ago, we unleashed demons into the world. But humans can adapt to anything, even a demon haunted world. But now, humanity has created something new. A weapon that can kill demons. If she doesn’t kill us first. Justin Jordan, John Bivens, and Felipe Sobreiro team for this one.

No Place #3 (Ignition Press) – We’ll admit the series isn’t quite what we expected and instead more X-Files with a fairy tale twist than anything else.

Survive #5 (Bad Idea) – The comic has been perfect 80s action. A sinking sub due to sabotage, a lone Russian survivor and American spy must work together to make it to the surface and now they have, work together to prevent nuclear war.

Wrestle Heist #2 (Image Comics) – The first issue was intriguing taking the traditional heist type story but putting it in the world of wrestling. With enough winks and nods, the series seems to be one that those who enjoy the genre can sit back and read while those more into wrestling will pick up some of the history.

Beauty (2025) #3 (Ignition Press) – With a television series based on the comic debuting, expect buzz to build for this series.

Bloodland #1 (Ignition Press) – A President is deep into an unconstitutional extended term, seized and shielded by executive orders, martial law, and a stacked Supreme Court. With support splintering, he forges an alliance with a cabal of ancient European vampires.

The Boxer Volume 12 (IZE Press) – One chapter in this epic ends and a new one begins.

Cul-De-Sac #6 (Bad Idea) – The series is solid horror and it’ll be interesting to see what gets wrapped up in this issue. This is one that definitely could expand into a second volume.

Dark Souls: Mother Of Mourning #2 (Titan Comics) – The art and setting for the first issue was really good and we’re excited to see it get into more of the action.

Everything Dead And Dying #5 (Image Comics) – The series has been an amazing addition to the zombie genre. There’s so much depth to the series beyond the action and tension.

Exquisite Corpses #9 (Image Comics) – Members of the town are starting to figure out what’s going on and fighting back. This series has been a hell of a lot of fun packed action and we’re expecting that to turn to 11.

Inglorious X-Force #1 (Marvel) – Cable kicking ass is what we’re here for.

Murder Podcast #4 (Ignition Press) – The series has been a nice twist on the murder podcast genre and at this point, we’re all in to see what exactly is going on, why, and how.

Not-Sew-Wicked Stepmon Vol. 8 (IZE Press) – We love this series which is a twist on Snow White and the last volume added something new to the mix with the inclusion of this world’s version of the Little Mermaid.

Save Now #0 (Bad Idea) – The series is solid about a superhero who can travel to the past but can’t use it to prevent a future disaster.

Star Trek: The Last Starship #4 (IDW Publishing) – Taking place just after The Burn, the series is packed with action and charting a new direction for Star Trek.

They’re All Terrible #4 (Bad Idea) – This series also wraps up and each issue has surprised us so far, so we’re expecting an unexpected ending.

Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite Of Spring #5 (IDW Publishing) – Solid horror, we’re fully expecting all hell to break loose soon.

C.O.R.T.: Children Of The Round Table #5 (DC Comics) – This series has been fantastic. An all-ages series, it twists the Knights of the Round Table concept for a modern take with some solid twists so far. We want this to go on for as long as possible it’s so good.

Crownsville #3 (Oni Press) – One of the best comics on the shelf right now. The series features fantastic art but also blends real history and horror as the real world past literally haunts the characters of the series.

DC K.O. #3 (DC Comics) – The event has been interesting and better than the video game inspired fight we were expecting. We’re intrigued to see where it goes and what the next level brings.

Dungeons Of Doom #1 (Marvel) – There’s a new event on the horizon and it seems like this will be a piece of the lead up as we continue to explore the fallout of “One World Under Doom.”

G.I. Joe #17 (Skybound) – The “Dreadnok War” has been fun so far and it’s not just a fun ride, but also setting up something intriguing after.

Knull #1 (Marvel) – Knull is getting the spotlight as things are building to something involving the character.

Space Ghost Volume 2 #7 (Dynamite Entertainment) – We keep saying it, one of the best comics on the shelves right now. It balances single issues you can enjoy with an overarching storyline through each volume. Mix in great art and you’ve got a comic you shouldn’t miss.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #14 (IDW Publishing) – A new creative team started last issue and they delivered a comic that felt a bit like a blend of old and new TMNT. With an interesting mystery revealed and possible new villain, we’re excited to see where it goes.

Transformers #28 (Skybound) – The series has been great and clearly inching closer to connecting with G.I. JOE. It’s been building up the new run nicely and we’re excited to see how all of the new elements play out.

50th Anniversary Treasury Edition Superman Vs. The Amazing Spider-Man #1 (DC Comics/Marvel) – The classic crossover returns to celebrate 50 years and we’re excited to dive into this piece of comic history.

Absolute Batman Ark-M Special #1 (DC Comics) – We want to learn more about the mysterious and nightmarish Ark-M.

Absolute Superman #15 (DC Comics) – With a major arc just ended, we’re intrigued to see where this series goes, especially now that more people know Superman exists.

Cyberarchy #2 (Mad Cave Studios) – The first issue was absolutely fantastic with a sci-fi self-contained story that had us sucked in for both the story and the art. We’re excited to see what the second issue delivers and if it does, this could be one of our favorite sci-fi series out right now.

Deluge #3 (Ignition Press) – The water is rising in the prison and there’s something in the water. This has been an intriguing horror series that has delivered on its premise so far and kept us guessing as to what’s going on.

Hank Howard: Pizza Detective – The Two Hollywoods #1 (Bad Idea) – The Hank Howard series has been fun so far with a comedic detective spin that leans into tropes but adds a little bit of levity to it all.

Nova Centurion #3 (Marvel) – The series has been pop sci-fi fun that charts a new path for Nova while also diving into the character’s history.

Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas The Shiver Of Christmas Town #1 (Dynamite Entertainment) – It’s Nightmare Before Christmas, nuff said.

Twilight Zone #3 (IDW Publishing/IDW Dark) – The series has been interesting so far with issues that are self-contained and feel like they nail the feel of the classic series.

Ultimate Wolverine #13 (Marvel) – It sounds like Wolverine might be getting mixed into the Ultimate Endgame storyline…

Ultimate X-Men #23 (Marvel) – There’s some teasing here that revelations in this issue will get us to reexamine the entire series. We’re crossing our fingers it delivers.

Escape #5 (Image Comics) – It’s a traditional war comic in many ways and Milton has to make a choice to run and get home to his wife or risk his life and complete the mission. Mix in amazing art and it’s one of the best debut series of the year.

Feral #19 (Image Comics) – One of the best monthly comics. There’s a leadership fight going on and with the series constantly surprising us, we’re expecting some here.

Solo Leveling Vol. 14 (IZE Press) – At this point, we have no idea what to expect for this series that has been solid storytelling mixed with amazing visuals. It’s sort of a new beginning, so we’re throwing our hands up as to what’s next.

Sorcerer Supreme #1 (Marvel) – It feels like Marvel is building up its mystical part of its universe again and this series will be one of the key ones to read if interested.

Ultimate Endgame #1 (Marvel) – It’s the end of Marvel’s Ultimate universe… yeah, we’re not convinced.

Ultimates #19 (Marvel) – We want to see if the end of the Marvel Ultimate universe is really the end and this will be one of the key series.

X-Men: Age Of Revelation Finale #1 (Marvel) – Marvel’s time jumping event wraps up and we just want to see how it ends and move on to what’s next.

Absolute Martian Manhunter #7 (DC Comics) – One of the best series of the year returns. The first arc felt more superhero Vertigo than Absolute but we’re excited for more trippy visuals.

Absolute Superman #14 (DC Comics) – Superman vs. Ra’s Al Ghul!

Absolute Wonder Woman #15 (DC Comics) – Absolute Wonder Woman meets Absolute Batman!

Event Horizon: Dark Descent #4 (IDW Publishing) – The comic has captured the creepiness of the cult horror film as it reveals more of what went wrong on the Event Horizon.

The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn’t A Guy At All Vol. 3 (Yen Press) – The series has been quite interesting and surprising as a school girl gets a crush on a “guy” that works at a local music shop. But, the guy isn’t a guy but another female classmate of hers. Where you might think this turns into a queer romance, it’s more about finding your crowd and friends to share interests with.

Masterminds #3 (Dark Horse) – The series has been excellent so far as a programmer follows puzzles, that might put his life in danger, to join a secret society.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Battle Nexus #1 (IDW Publishing) – TMNT Universes collide is this weekly battle royale!

Void Rivals #25 (Skybound) – The Quintesson War starts here!

Voyeur #3 (Ignition Press) – The series has a serious sexiness about it as two individuals team up to steal artwork at a resort.

We’re Taking Everyone Down With Us (Image Comics) – If you missed the individual issues, the collection is here in time for Christmas. The story follows a young girl and robot out for revenge after her father is killed by a super agent. Think James Bond killing some villain and the villain’s kid going for revenge.

Will Of Doom #1 (Marvel) – What the Marvel Universe will look like post Doom’s rule has potential depending on how much writers lean into the questions it raised, but it sounds like the next event, “Armageddon,” has its groundwork laid here.
