Writer Geoff Johns took to DC’s Source Blog to write about the conclusion to his epic run on Green Lantern. With the 64-page Green Lantern #20, Johns is ending his run, along with Doug Mahnke, that began with Green Lantern: Rebirth #1. That’s over 100 issues he’s written with the character, and about 10 years including his first proposals for the character.

The twentieth issue will be super-sized and include the bizarre return of Hal Jordan, the final fate of Sinestro, the revelation of the First Lantern and an ending that Johns hopes pays off everything he has ever done and ever created with Green Lantern. It has art by Doug Mahnke, Ethan Van Sciver, Ivan Reis and Joe Prado.

DC Comics has released an image of the wrap around cover that will adorn the issue.
