Let’s Play goes from Webcomic to the Tabletop with Everdate: Let’s Play – The Dating Game

Everdate: Let’s Play - The Dating Game

Rocketship Entertainment has announced Everdate: Let’s Play – The Dating Game. The game is set to launch on Kickstarter tomorrow, June 2nd, 2026. The cooperative card game is a fast-paced, relationship-driven tabletop experience based on Let’s Play, the Ringo-Award winning, Eisner-nominated webcomic with over 7 million followers. In Everdate: Let’s Play – The Dating Game, players compete for love, drama, and unforgettable moments. Choose from twelve diverse characters, each with their own unique affinity, custom deck, and special abilities that shape how they connect and respond under pressure.

Every game is a new date. After selecting a location that sets the scene and introduces unique situations and challenges, you and your partner must work together to match your cards with affinity symbols on the location cards before the countdown timers run out. Complete ten successful matches to make the date a success, but the twist is that communication and timing are everything.

You and your partner can build momentum by creating combos, earning ability tokens, and upgrading your cards, but as you continue to have more dates, your interest points grow and so does the difficulty, which means staying in sync becomes more challenging with every move.

With over 300 cards, multiple characters, dynamic date locations, and evolving abilities, no two playthroughs are ever the same.  So, the only question is… Can you and your partner keep the connection alive? The Everdate tabletop game follows the announcements of season 4 of webcomic phenomenon returning this summer exclusively on Tapas, the announcement of the feature film in development with Red Sage studios, and season 1 of the anime premiering on Crunchyroll.

Volumes 1 through 6 of the collected graphic novels have been published in 8 languages and are available worldwide from Rocketship Entertainment.

Rocketship will Publish Deluxe Editions of Legendary’s WEBTOON Series Firebrand and ROB

Rocketship Entertainment will add two Legendary Comics titles to its lineup. The hit series Firebrand and ROB are both set for release in 2026 with Kickstarter campaigns planned for later this year.

Writers Jessica Chobot and Erika Lewis along with illustrator Claudia Aguirre launched Firebrand: The Initiation of Natali Presano in 2016, a mystical series about a rebellious young witch, returning to Seattle to ward off an ancient evil threatening our modern world.  Since its debut, the series had become a massive hit, wrapping up its epic run at the end of 2019. The Firebrand Omnibus will collect the entire run of the series, featuring behind the scenes content and interviews with the creative team in a massive 350-page deluxe hardcover omnibus.

Natali Presano never fit into her father’s perfectly human world: politically ambitious, he turned his back on her just when she needed him most. Losing her mother to tragedy as a young child, Natali fled the safety of home into the arms of her aunt Selena, the mysterious guardian of a magical order waging a centuries-old war for survival in the mountains of Spain.

Natali, now in her 20s, has followed in her aunt’s footsteps, becoming a powerful but rebellious witch in her own right. Returning to Seattle, she finds herself caught between a cruel modern world and the ancient evil threatening to destroy it.

Writer Richard Dinnick and artists Magda Price and Miguel Sepulveda modernized the mythos of Robin Hood with their thrilling webcomic ROB. The series launched on WEBTOON in 2021, and Rocketship will be publishing the entire twenty-six episode run in a deluxe hardcover edition, as well as a premium trade paperback.

When war threatens to destroy his nation’s entire way of life, a young squire named Rob knows just the thing to do: steal a weapon from the Timeless Armory. The only thing standing between him and victory is thousands of miles, sinister knights, crooked elites and enemy assassins. Will he make it back in time to stop the invaders, or will he be vanquished along the way?

Both series will have pre-order campaigns on Kickstarter later this year, which will include exclusive prints, collectible pin sets, and autographed bookplates from the creative teams of each book, and fans can already access Firebrand’s pre-launch page

Rocketship Entertainment and 11 Bit Studios partner for Frostpunk 1886: The Graphic Novel

Rocketship Entertainment and 11 Bit Studios have announced they will partner for Frostpunk 1886: The Graphic Novel.  Harvey Award-nominated writer Justin Jordan and Eisner nominated artist Ryan Benjamin will adapt Frostpunk, the critically acclaimed city building survival game.

In the summer of 1886, the snowstorms began. Crops failed, people starved. Millions fled south. They met only chaos, famine, and death. In the farthest reaches of the resource-rich north, the British Empire began construction of heat-bearing generators, where a chosen few could survive safe from the chaos of crumbling civilization. They ran out of time. An apocalyptic ice storm came from the south, devouring all in its path. People fled in panic. Some managed to cross the seas and reach the site of a generator only to find it frozen solid. The generator was designed to power a city capable of weathering the end of the world… It falls to us to build it.

Originally released in 2018, Frostpunk was a massive indie success, highly regarded for its unique blend of city-building, survival, and intense moral storytelling within a frozen, post-apocalyptic setting. In 2024, the highly anticipated sequel Frostpunk 2 garnered huge sales and even more critical acclaim, and recently, 11 Bit Studios announced that in 2027 they will release Frostpunk 1886, a ground up remake of the original game in Unreal Engine 5.The Frostpunk universe’s story begins like this:

The Kickstarter for Frostpunk 1886: the Graphic Novel launches this summer featuring exclusives and will be followed by retail distribution through Simon and Schuster and Lunar Distribution.
