Skybound Comet and Image Comics have revealed a new look at interior pages from Pizza Witch, the graphic novel that cooks up a delicious world of magic for a wide range of readers by Sarah Graley and Stef Purenins. A YA graphic novel with crossover appeal to new adults, Pizza Witch follows main character Roxy on her journey to be the best Pizza Witch with accessible yet emotive art and storytelling that highlights relationships and Roxy’s self-discovery. 

As Sarah Graley and Stef Purenins have been publishing their webcomic series Our Super Adventure for over a decade, Skybound Comet has announced that Pizza Witch is also available to start reading today on Webtoon, Tapas and the Pizza Witch website, with the first three chapters available to read for free now. One additional chapter of the graphic novel will become available on these platforms on Tuesdays weekly, through the final chapter’s release in December.

Skybound Announces Author Programming with The New York Public Library This Summer

Skybound, Image Comics, and The New York Public Library (NYPL) have announced a slate of author talks with top Skybound creators, which will run from May to October and be hosted online for interested parties to attend.    

Acclaimed Skybound talent Tillie Walden (writer/artist, Clementine Book Three), Faith Erin Hicks (writer/artist, Universal Monsters: The Mummy), Matt Braly (writer, Family Force V), Ainsworth Lin (artist, Family Force V), Sarah Graley (writer/artist, Pizza Witch), Stef Purenins (writer/artist, Pizza Witch), Brian “Smitty” Smith (writer, TRANSFORMERS: Worst Bot Ever – Meet Ballpoint!), and Marz Jr. (artist, TRANSFORMERS: Worst Bot Ever – Meet Ballpoint!) will be on hand to speak about their new and upcoming work published through Skybound and Skybound Comet, an imprint of Skybound aimed at Young Adult (Ages 12+) and Middle Grade (Ages 8-12) audiences, but sure to captivate readers of all ages.
