When her semi-estranged and penniless hoarder father dies, Erin Messina is tasked with cleaning out his house before the bank forecloses on it. This otherwise thankless task is given a purpose, however, when she remembers the original Picasso drawing her father was gifted in 1964. She enlists her teenage son, Jackson, to spend spring break looking for their possible ticket to long-term financial stability. Jackson, resentful and eager to shirk responsibility, befriends twin skateboarders who live in the hood, and tell him about the violent murder that happened directly across the street from his grandfather’s home — and the murderer who still lives there. Emotional baggage, paranoia, and frayed nerves stretch the Messina’s relationship to the brink, as The Mess careens to a thrilling final act that includes… two-way radio communication with the dead?

Inspired by Francisco de Quevedo classic 1626 satirical novel Historia de la vida del Buscón, llamado don Pablos (The Life of the Swindler named Don Pablos), A Scoundrel in the New World follows Don Pablos of Segovia, a charming conman and inveterate liar who leaves behind the treacherous streets of Spain in search of fortune in the New World. After a life of misadventure, Don Pablos finds himself in prison, recounting his experiences to greedy inquisitors as the ultimate unreliable narrator. From the opulent, gilded halls of the colonial elite to the untamed jungles of the young Americas, Pablos weaves a web of complex schemes to climb the social ladder. However, as the lines between his tall tales and reality begin to blur, Pablos discovers that in the colonies, the most dangerous predator isn’t the wilderness: it’s human ambition.

The Riddler1/6 Scale Collectible Figure brings this chaotic villain to life! Inspired by Jim Carrey’s memorable portrayal of The Riddler in Batman Forever, this collectible figure features 2 newly developed interchangeable upper headsculpts with domino masks capturing both his iconic red hair and his classic bowler hat look. Boston Scally Company teases its DC Comics Collaboration

This is a story about Ted and Sarah.

Ted, isolated and paranoid, works for a mega corporation owned by the world’s only trillionaire. He suffers from night terrors, obsessively draws the same mysterious figures again and again, all while listening to one track of music on repeat–oh, and the only “person” he ever talks to is a stray cat. His humanity is hanging by a thread. Sarah is a new arrival to the city, fighting her own demons, and her job is to remotely spy on Ted to ensure he doesn’t hurt anyone…or himself. When Ted’s mental state begins to crack, Sarah compassionately intervenes to help, and things go catastrophically wrong. Is Ted OK? mashes up the paranoid existentialism of Severance with the cosmic sci-fi of Akira while exploring what happens when the act of help goes horribly wrong.
