A.X.E.: JUDGMENT DAY TIE-IN!
The Avengers’ ace archer is back! As Judgment Day looms, Hawkeye is called upon to justify his existence. As a benchmark, Hawkeye must prove that he brings at least as much joy and usefulness to the world as a randomly chosen mailbox, which, admittedly, is a pretty high bar.

Dave West joins Time Bomb Comics

Time Bomb Comics

Time Bomb Comics has announced that Accent UK’s creator and founder, Dave West, will be joining the company.

September 2022 marks the 15th year of publishing for Time Bomb Comics who, since their very small press beginning back in September 2007, have steadily evolved to become one of the mainstays of the British comics publishing community, including a recent licensing deal with Gerry Anderson’s Anderson Entertainment and comics available in newsagents and comic shops across the UK.

Now, as they enter their 16th publishing year, Time Bomb Comics are delighted to be able to announce that Dave West, best known for being one half of indie publishers Accent UK with Colin Mathieson, is joining Time Bomb Comics to be part of their core publishing team alongside business manager David Morris and publisher Steve Tanner.

As a writer, West will also be bringing with him a range of cult classic titles formerly published by Accent UK, including supernatural western series Westernoir, Kia Wordsmith, and Stephenson’s Robot, which will now be published under the Time Bomb Comics banner. Dave will also be developing further titles for Time Bomb and play a key role in the company’s future.

Red Sonja and Hell Sonja Collide in New Epic!

Two of the most powerful forces in the Dynamite mythos collide to conclude this year, in Red Sonja/Hell Sonja. But are they meeting as foes or allies, and will both survive to tell the tale?

Writer Jordan Clark returns to the Sonjaverse in an all-new story that forces Red Sonja and Hell Sonja to team up against an immensely powerful Dark Entity from another world. Clark teams up with artist Miriana Puglia as he switches from historical action to cosmic horror.

Red Sonja/Hell Sonja tells the story of Hell on Earth. Hell itself has begun caving in, forcing Hell Sonja to escape through a portal…she finds herself stranded on Earth, powerless, but still hunted by the evil from her home dimension. There is only one warrior strong enough to help her fight back against horrendous Hell creatures: Red Sonja! Hell may have no fury like a woman scorn – but Hell’s in real danger when going up against two Sonjas!

The first issue will have covers by some of the top talent in the industry including Lucio Parrillo, Lesley “Leirix” Li, Joseph Michael Linsner, and Rebeca Puebla. There will also be a cosplay cover by the incredible Rachel Hollon.

Red Sonja/Hell Sonja #1 is out in December 2022.

Review: Samurai Doggy #2

During the Fourth War of the Sun, a small dog named Doggy experienced an irreparable trauma: his mother was brutally murdered, and his eight brothers, still puppies, were kidnapped by a mysterious man.

Now, Doggy has become Samurai Doggy, and his only goal is to quench his thirst for revenge.

Samurai Doggy #2 takes an interesting direction telling the story from another perspective.
