At a special PAX West panel, Wizards of the Coast hosted the full debut of Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man. Launching globally on September 26, 2025, the set brings Marvel’s Spider-Man and his most infamous foes and friends into Magic: The Gathering. With Spider-Heroes from across the Marvel Universe coming to Magic: The Gathering, there’s something for every fan of Marvel’s beloved web-slinger. 

During the panel, fans in attendance were given a sneak peek at some of the spectacular cards coming to the set and exclusive details, including: 

• An exclusive look at the Villains in the set including Venom, Green Goblin, Dr. Octavius and the Sinister Six 
• Showcase Scene cards, which combine to form a stunning scene that looks like it came straight out of a comic book 
• Art from iconic Spider-Man comic source material by artists such as Jack Kirby, Todd McFarlane, John Romita Sr., Mike Zeck & Bob Mcleod and more featured on cards inspired by iconic characters 
• The Infinity Stones are coming to Magic: The Gathering. Fans can find one of these, The Soul Stone, in Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man. There are three versions of the card that appear in the set 
• New mechanics and ways to play such as Pick-Two Draft 
• Borderless costume change cards
