Will Eidos Montreal’s Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Spell Redemption?

After the rocky launch that was Marvel’s Avengers can Square Enix redeem themselves with another Marvel video game? At E3, Eidos Montreal revealed Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

In this third-person action-adventure, you play as Peter Quill, aka Star-Lord. You lead the Guardians of the Galaxy featuring Gamora, Drax, Rocket Raccoon, and Groot. As the leader, you’ll have to attempt to lead the team in their adventure, though the team will have a mind of their own at times forcing you to adapt to them. You’ll also need to use your team effectively to complete your missions and survive the danger.

Popular Guardians of the Galaxy writer Dan Abnett was involved in the creation of the game which has the team together less than a year and having to save the universe.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy will be out on October 26, 2021.
