It’s a new week and KickStarting: Comics is back with a look at how much was raised/pledged for comic projects on Kickstarter for the past week!

I realize some projects are not in US dollars, but they all will count the same regardless of origin, for now. $1 US will be the same as $1 CAD, $1 AUD, etc.

21 projects were successfully funded, which is an increase from the previous week’s 20.

For the past week from November 24 to November 30 the statistics are:

Average goal: $5,555.95 (an increase of about $175 from the previous week)
Average pledged: $10,102.57 (a decrease of about $4,000 from the previous week)
Average number of backers: 212.57 (a decrease of about 80 from the previous week)
Average pledge: $47.53 (a decrease of about $1 from the previous week)
Average percent raised: 181.83% (a decrease of about 80 percentage points from the previous week)
Most common given amount: $25 (857 times)
Most money from pledge level: $40 level brought in $22,640

Total pledged for the week: $212,154 (an increase of about $20,000 from the previous week)
