It’s a new week and KickStarting: Comics is back with a look at how much was raised/pledged for comic projects on Kickstarter for the past week!

I realize some projects are not in US dollars, but they all will count the same regardless of origin, for now. $1 US will be the same as $1 CAD, $1 AUD, etc.

20 projects were successfully funded, which is a decrease from the previous week’s 28.

For the past week from November 10 to November 16 the statistics are:

Average goal: $3,298.10 (a decrease of about $800 from the previous week)
Average pledged: $6,445.30 (an increase of about $1,000 from the previous week)
Average number of backers: 167.8 (an increase of about 40 from the previous week)
Average pledge: $38.41 (a decrease of about $5 from the previous week)
Average percent raised:195.42% (an increase of about 61 percentage points from the previous week)
Most common given amount: $25 (952 times)
Most money from pledge level: $25 level brought in $23,800

Total pledged for the week: $128,906 (a decrease of about $24,000 from the previous week)
