For some time, I was looking at successful Kickstarter comic book projects, recording amounts given, coming up with average given, items like that. I stopped doing this internal report for a while, but, I think this would be a great regular feature not provided by other sites. So, as part of our Marketing Monday set of regular articles, welcome KickStarting: Comics!

For now I’ll be reporting the past week’s results as well as the month’s results. This is until I completely fill out the backlog of data I need to sort through, which will likely be some months before completed.

I realize some projects are not in US dollars, but they all will count the same regardless of origin, for now. $1 US will be the same as $1 CAD, $1 AUD, etc.
