Today, Com.x is announcing their partnership with Space Age Films to make Ross Mackintosh‘s debut graphic novel, Seeds, into an animated film. The book has garnered much praise in both the US and UK since its release in 2011, and tells the story of Ross’ relationship with his terminally ill father.

Cancer has affected almost everyone in some way or another – our company’s inner circle included. We hoped that such a book might provide some modicum of comfort and support to others touched by this tragic disease, and portion of the book’s royalties will be going to Cancer charities in both the US and UK. We’ll now be able to bring Ross’ story to a wider audience via film.
