Representative Tammy Baldwin got down with someone dressed as Wonder Woman at Wisconsin’s Capitol Pride event this past weekend.  Baldwin is a Democrat representing Wisconsin’s 2nd District.  She’s serving her fifth term and is one of three openly gay members of Congress.
