There was something missing from the solicitation for Mark Millar’s next project Nemesis, a cover.  The series is being published by Marvel under their creator own Icon line.  In what has a described in interviews as “What if Batman was the Joker?” was a little too close for a certain other comic book publishing, DC.

Bleeding Cool is reporting that DC has taken legal action forcing Marvel to change the cover for the intended series and left it without a cover for solicitation.  What’s unclear if the legal action will affect the series in other ways or what specifically it entails.
