Patrick Kindlon and Marco Ferrari re-team for Antioch

Fan-favorite Frontiersman creators Patrick Kindlon and Marco Ferrari re-team for an all-new ongoing series titled Antioch. This fast-paced, high-stakes story is set to launch from Image Comics this September.

Antioch follows a king from a lost continent who enters the world of man with a purpose: to stop us from killing the planet. But when he finds himself in a superhuman prison, his title is useless and his powers only matter if they help him survive!

Patrick Kindlon and Marco Ferrari reunite for Frontiersman in September

Fan favorite Patience! Conviction! Revenge! creative team Patrick Kindlon and Marco Ferrari reunite for a superhero adventure of epic proportions in the forthcoming Frontiersman. This exciting, all-new ongoing series will launch from Image Comics this September.

Here readers meet the Frontiersman as he’s coaxed out of retirement by an environmentalist group only to find that being a spokesperson makes him a target for old and new enemies alike! In this new series, classic Green Arrow-style adventure blends with the thoughtfulness of Concrete in a super-powered odyssey for mature—but uncynical—readers.

Frontiersman #1 Cover A by Maurizio Rosenzweig (Diamond Code JUL210033) and Frontiersman #1 Cover B by Matteo Scalera (Diamond Code JUL210034) will be available at comic book shops on Wednesday, September 22

AfterShock Announces Patience! Conviction! Revenge!

Disregarded, disrespected and dismissed, Renny has a chip on his shoulder.

Once an equal partner in a criminal syndicate that rules Las Vegas, he now finds himself living in a shack in the desert. But the shack has a workshop, and Renny’s been busy. It’s time to march his robot army into the neon hell of a cyberpunk Vegas and retake his seat at the table. Or take the wood from the table and build enough caskets for the whole syndicate.

Old friends better run, because Operation PATIENCE! CONVICTION! REVENGE! is underway.

Like an Elmore Leonard novel set in the world of Blade Runner, Patience! Conviction! Revenge! is offbeat and often funny, but all about the dark corners of cities and minds. A violent criminal genius with a bad case of monomania makes for the most fun you’ll have with a comic this year.

Written by Patrick Kindlon and drawn by Marco Ferrari, Patience! Conviction! Revenge! continues Kindlon’s exploration of difficult characters and irreverent themes. Having broken the chains of good taste, Kindlon goes all-in and writes a vengeance-obsessed lunatic as if he’s riding beside him—all wrapped in a gangster tale like no other! The first issue features colors by Patrizia Comino, lettering by Jim Campbell, a cover by Ferrari and Comino, and second cover by Robert Hack.

It’s finally here! KILLBOX: CHICAGO is the brand new series from KILLBOX creator Tom Riordan and talented newcomer Marco Ferrari, who have woven a tale of riots, gangs, and mysterious monsters.

Timothy, Emi, and Sasha, heroes of the first KILLBOX series, have been on the run since the game in Los Angeles imploded. Now in San Francisco, they seek help from Emi’s connections to the yakuza, while previous villains Irwin and Leonard engage with new Chicago contestants Aya Mori and Wilky Dae. And all the while, a strange new trio of haunting figures stalks the streets with sinister purpose.

American Gothic Press Kicks Off a New Game in Killbox: Chicago

Killbox, last year’s brutal breakout hit from American Gothic Press, will continue in 2017 with a brand new action-packed series focusing on both fresh and weathered faces.

Killbox: Chicago follows Timothy, Emi, and Sasha — who have been on the run since the Los Angeles game imploded — as they seek help from Emi’s connections to the yakuza. The new arc also features previous villains Irwin and Leonard as they engage with new contestants Aya Mori and Wilky Dae; and all the while, a strange new trio of haunting figures stalks the streets with sinister purpose.

The new Killbox saga also introduces Italian artist Marco Ferrari, making his American comic series debut.

The first issue of Killbox: Chicago lands at comic shops in June.
