Lake Como Comic Art Festival Reveals the Next Wave of 2024 Guests and Announces Tickets On Sale Now

The Lake Como Comic Art Festival has announced the next wave of 2024 guests which includes Lucio Parillo, Jim Cheung, Terry Dodson, Carla Cohen, E.M. Gist, and Julian Tedesco and debut three Mattiniero Ticket Packages—Mattiniero is Italian for “earlybird” and all packages feature special earlybird pricing. Tickets are available now at lccaf.com.

The Lake Como Comic Art Festival is offering a 2 Day Pass, an All-Access Pass, and for those looking for something extra special there is a VIP Experience level that includes a piece of original art by either legendary artist Alex Ross or Bill Sienkiewicz. The exclusive sketch will be randomly selected and will only be available for pickup in person at the show. These sketches are provided courtesy of Sal Abbinanti, art dealer for Alex Ross and Bill Sienkiewicz and a sponsor of the Lake Como Comic Art Festival. This level also includes entry to the highly coveted opening reception overlooking the magnificent lake and gardens.

The Lake Como Comic Art Festival runs Friday May 17th through Sunday, May 19th and takes place at the historic Villa Erba in Cernobbio, Lake Como Italy. Tickets for the 2024 Festival are available for purchase now with Mattiniero pricing available for a limited time.

Margaret Stohl and Carlos Pacheco Takes Us Through The Life of Captain Marvel

Marvel has announced their latest addition to their “fresh start, The Life of Captain Marvel #1. The new series kicks off this July written by Margaret Stohl and art by Carlos Pacheco. The first issue features a cover by Julian Tedesco.

The series presents the origins of Carol Danvers and Captain Marvel in one place and features parts of her life that changes the context of what we’ve seen before. It’s the other side of the story of how she came to be.
