Of the Earth #1 Strikes Oil and Gets a Second Printing

Of the Earth #1, second printing

Artist Charlie Adlard and co-writers Chris Condon and Andrew Ehrich, with colorist Pip Martin, letterer Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou, and designer Mike Tivey have struck oil with their neo-noir-tinged eco-horror Of the Earth. The debut issue has sold out completely at the distributor level and is being rushed back to print this week by Image Comics to keep up with escalating reorder activity.

The Of the Earth #1, second printing will feature new cover art by Adlard himself.

This new series also marks Adlard’s triumphant return to single issue storytelling after his long running collaboration with Robert Kirkman on the bestselling horror phenomenon, The Walking Dead.

Artist Charlie Adlard joins co-writers Chris Condon and Andrew Ehrich, colorist Pip Martin, letterer Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou, and designer Mike Tivey for his triumphant return to single issue storytelling in this neo-noir-tinged eco-horror Of the Earth. This six issue miniseries will launch in May from Image Comics.
