DC has announced that Teen Titans: Raven, the fan-favorite young adult graphic novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Kami Garcia and popular Instagram artist Gabriel Picolo, will go back to press for a third printing.
Originally released on July 2, the book will go to print for the third time following high demand from readers and rave reviews from critics! Garcia and Picolo recently wrapped a 5-city book tour that ended at San Diego Comic-Con, selling out of copies in multiple locations.
Teen Titans: Raven is the debut graphic novel from Garcia and Picolo, and the first installment of a multi-part series that follows the coming-of-age journey of 17-year-old Rachel Roth. When a tragic accident takes the life of her foster mom—and Raven’s memory—she moves to New Orleans to live with her foster mother’s family. Raven remembers how to solve math equations and make pasta, but she can’t remember her favorite song or who she was before the accident. Her past and present begin to collide when more strange things happen during her final year of high school.
Garcia and Picolo are continuing their Teen Titans adventures as they work on the second installment in the series: Teen Titans: Beast Boy, set for release in Summer 2020. Fans can find a sneak peek of the forthcoming release in Teen Titans: Raven. Readers can find Teen Titans: Raven in their local comic stores, traditional booksellers, and on digital book platforms.
The 2019 Mike Wieringo Comic Book Industry Awards are to be presented on the evening of Saturday, October 19, 2019 as part of the fan- and pro-favorite convention, The Baltimore Comic-Con. The Ringo Awards has completed the 2019 nomination process, which was inclusive of fans and comic book professionals alike, and both communities continued to show strong support, both in promoting the nomination process on their websites, blogs, and social media feeds and by submitting their nominations.
Voting on the 2019 Final Ballot is restricted to comic book industry creative community — anyone involved in and credited with creating comics professionally.

Today, Sony Pictures Consumer Products announced that Hasbro has been named the master toy licensee for Ghostbusters worldwide. Under the terms of the agreement, Hasbro will create a wide variety of toys inspired by the franchise and its entertainment properties globally designed to appeal to both fans of the original franchise, and a new generation of Ghostbusters around the world. Hasbro’s Ghostbusters line will be available in 2020, aligning with the highly anticipated new Ghostbusters movie that is slated for Summer 2020 in the U.S.
The upcoming product line marks a return to the Ghostbusters franchise by Hasbro. From 1986 to 1991, Kenner, which is now part of Hasbro, created and marketed The Real Ghostbusters toy line, with many of the original developers from Kenner still working with Hasbro. More recently, Hasbro collaborated with Sony Pictures to create the Transformers Generations Collaborative: Ghostbusters Mash-Up Ecto-1 Ectotron. Additionally, a Transformers / Ghostbusters crossover comic series is now available from IDW. These collaborations honor both brands’ 35th anniversaries this year.
