Hot Toys reveals an Iconic Comic Book Joker

DC fans won’t want to miss this! Hot Toys‘ latest piece is inspired by Alan Moore and Brian Bolland’s legendary graphic novel Batman: The Killing Joke. Exploring The Joker’s origin and twisted philosophy, the book features themes of psychological horror and moral ambiguity, presenting a complex look at this terrifying villain. 

The Joker (Batman: The Killing Joke) 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure comes with 2 interchangeable headsculpts, which both feature Hot Toys’ innovative rolling eyeball design so that collectors can created nuanced poses. These detailed portraits include meticulously painted makeup and sculpted green curly hair. One portrait has an open-mouth grinning expression with a magnetically attachable tongue and the other has a squinting while grinning expression. The removable hat can be worn with either portrait.

The Joker is dressed in his comic-accurate attire including a jacket over a yellow waistcoat, a black shirt, a green necktie, a black belt, and purple pants paired with black shoes. His purple coat includes embedded wire for dynamic posing options.

This highly poseable piece has over 30 points of articulation and comes with a variety of interchangeable hands, allowing fans to recreate looks from iconic panels. His weapons include a small knife and a pistol that shoots a “Click Click Click” flag. Also included are a camera, a cane, and a Joker card. Completing the setup is a backdrop featuring the comic cover art of Batman: The Killing Joke, which can be mounted to the specially designed figure stand.
