What Would You Do When the Waves Came? Find Out in Resonant this July!
Decades have passed since the first waves hit—waves that stripped away humanity’s impulse control. People have reverted to smaller townships, many built on intense fear and oppressive fanaticism. Paxton, a single father of three and a care-giver to his chronically ill son and mobility impaired daughter, must venture out alone to restock the medicine his boy needs to survive. When a somewhat routine trip goes awry, Paxton and his children—now separated—will battle everything in their path to reunite, worst of all, their own deepest, most painful impulses.
Resonant, “an Odyssey Even More Terrifying than BIRD BOX”, is coming your way this July. Written by David Andry, Resonant is a deeply crafted world is brought to life with inks from Alejandro Aragón, colors from Jason Wordie, and letters by Deron Bennett. The first issue features a “Vault Vintage” cover by Nathan Gooden and Tim Daniel paying homage to Y the Last Man.
