Bleeding Cool brought this to our attention, but it looks like those 9.8 graded copies of Valen The Outcast #1 from BOOM! Studios got that much rarer.  Out of the 500 print run, only 25 were sent to the stories who hit the required amount which makes 475 sitting around with nothing to do… so burn them!
