Dynamite & Near Mint Condition Team-Up for Live Sale/Auction With Proceeds Benefiting Rachel Pollack

Dynamite and Dynamic Forces are teaming up with superstar comics YouTuber Near Mint Condition this weekend for a live claim show and auction offering fans lots of key graphic novels, rare variants, key issues, and more – all with a portion of proceeds going to a great cause, helping out creative legend Rachel Pollack.

The livestreamed sale and auction will take place this Sunday September 25 at noon Eastern Standard Time on the Near Mint Condition YouTube channel.

20% of all the sales from the combined Dynamite and Near Mint Condition sides will be contributed to the GoFundMe of legendary comics creator Rachel Pollack. The Time Breakers author made waves as the first out transgender creator in the industry, and reflected that experience in some of her work like the critically acclaimed and soon to be reprinted Doom Patrol. Beyond comics, she is known as one of the preeminent voices worldwide when it comes to the art, history, and practice of tarot. Unfortunately Rachel is currently experiencing a resurgence of cancer and is dealing with the associated medical and support costs. The Near Mint Condition crew of the Uncanny Omar and Astonishing Melanie are joining forces with the Awesome Amy and Not-Necessary Nick Barrucci to bring fans and followers a range of cool items to buy and bid on to add to their collections. Comic Art Sale to Benefit the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund

Dynamic Forces CEO Nick Barrucci is opening up some of his personal art collection to the public! It’s one-of-a-kind, original pieces of comic book art from some of the industry’s top names, including Tom Raney, Mark Bagley, Scott Hanna, and Patrick Zircher! These pieces include pages from some of your favorite books, including The Outsiders, The Punisher, Uncanny X-Men, Ultimate Spider-Man, The Order, Robin, and more!

Barucci has been a fan of art collecting for many years, and has been picking up pieces for the past 30 years. This has led him to build up a collection of over 400 pages of art. While he contemplated selling off parts of his collection through art houses, he decided to offer it directly to fans.

Even better, part of all the sales benefit the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. The CBLDF is a non-profit organization who provides legal aid, education, and advocacy to protect the First Amendment rights of the readers, creators, retailers, publishers, and librarians of comics, manga, and graphic novels.

While orders will be randomly filled, it will be per artist.  Fans can order Mark Bagley pages and/or Patrick Zircher pages and/or Tom Raney and Scott Hanna pages.  Each random page will be available at $75.00 plus shipping and handling.

Valiant and Dynamic Forces Partner for Collectibles

ValiantLogoDynamic Forces is proud to announce a new licensing partnership with Valiant Entertainment, the leading independent publisher of such best-selling series as X-O Manowar, Archer & Armstrong, Bloodshot and many more.  The industry’s premiere collectibles company has been granted the rights to create resin statues, dioramas, bookends, full-size head reproductions, busts, lithographs, posters, and more, featuring the logos and artwork of Valiant’s fan favorite super-hero universe.  The first Dynamic Forces product in partnership with Valiant will be the upcoming X-O Manowar lithograph, featuring the artwork of superstar artist Marko Djurdjevic.

The Dynamic Forces/Valiant licensing partnership will launch this July with an all-new X-O Manowar lithograph, featuring the artwork of world-renowned illustrator and artist Marko Djurdjevic reproduced in a oversized 18″ by 24″ format. Reproducing the cover of X-O Manowar #12 – the one-year of anniversary issue of X-O Manowar’s return of the Valiant Universe – the lithograph features Valiant’s armored Visigoth hero locked in mortal combat with deadly alien adversary.

Hit-Girl School Girl Statue Coming September

From the feature film based on Mark Millar and John Romita Jr.‘s Kick-Ass, Hit-Girl is getting a statue this September from Dynamic Forces. The statue stands at 9 ½ inches tall to the tip of her gun and measuring 4.5″ W x 4.5″ D, Hit-Girl has been sculpted and painted in meticulous detail by Joy & Tom Studios.  The Hit-Girl School Girl Statue is being offered for an introductory price of $279.99.

Dynamic Forces Offers Astonishing X-Men #50 Signed By Artist Mike Perkins!

May 22, 2012 – Dynamic Forces is proud to announce that artist Mike Perkins will be signing a very limited amount of the highly anticipated Astonishing X-Men #50. According to Marvel, there is a “moment in Astonishing X-Men #50 that will have everyone talking!” Sorry, no spoilers here but fans who tuned into ABC today 11a/10a E/C for The View will know the details to this major Marvel announcement! The signed editions of Astonishing X-Men #50 from Dynamic Forces are available now for pre-order at dynamicforces.com for just $39.99 each.

Astonishing X-Men is written by Marjorie Liu with art by Mike Perkins. This creative team began with issue #48 which was described as being the “first chapter of what will be the most controversial story of 2012.”  The big moment in Astonishing X-Men #50 has been teased to revolve around a marriage proposal; however, the exact details remain a secret. Much of this speculation developed after the “Save the Date” teaser for Astonishing X-Men #51.
