In Chainkata, Luma is a chainsaw-wielding warrior queen, seeking out an unknown power in the vastness of space. All she wants is to find peace, but violence and terror follow her through every black hole. The story will blend the epic, high-stakes sci-fi of Beta Ray Bill and Space-Mullet and with the character-building depth of Extremity and Do A Powerbomb. It is the culmination, and maximization, of Johnson’s craft and the perfect read for fans of action-packed comics with art that leaps from the page.

Chainkata #1 will be available at comic book shops on Wednesday, November 18.

NYCC 2026: AC Pop Comics reveals an exclusive Something Is Killing the Children #50 Blind Bag

AC Pop Comics is heading to New York Comic Con 2026 with an exclusive Something Is Killing the Children #50 Blind Bags. Limited to 4,000 bags, each features 3 unique books per bag. Each blind bag retails for $60.

AC Pop Comics’ blind bags feature six covers by Kael Ngu, Federico Mele, Bjorn Barends, John Giang, Ejikure, and Stephen Segovia, each in three variations.

Signings: Mele, Barends, Giang, and Segovia will be attending NYCC, so fans can get their books signed right out of the bag. AC Pop Comics will have artists stopping by our booth, #4541, to sign pulls.

The veil is about to lift on Marvel’s Midnight Universe and the buzz is infectious! With more than one million copies collectively ordered, Midnight Spider-Man #1 by Phillip Kennedy Johnson and ScieTronc, Midnight Fantastic Four #1 by Benjamin Percy and Kev Walker, and Midnight X-Men #1 by Jonathan Hickman and Matteo Della Fonte are poised to be blockbuster launches, paving the way for long-term, interconnected storytelling that will define the bold new line. M.A.S.K. Streetwear Variant Covers by Fadime Yildirim Bring the Heat

Skybound, Image Comics, and Hasbro have revealed streetwear variant covers by artist Fadime Yildirim starting with M.A.S.K. #7 and continuing through M.A.S.K. #12. 

Following her gorgeous G.I. Joe streetwear variant series, Fadime Yildirim is back with expertly styled variant covers each featuring a member of the M.A.S.K. network with unique, customized keychains and will be available as 1:25 incentive variants across six can’t-miss issues that begin this December. 

M.A.S.K. #7 kicks off a new action-packed story arc for the hit Energon Universe series from writer Dan Watters, artist Pye Parr, colorist Pierluigi Casolino, and letterer Rus Wooton, landing in comic book shops on December 2, 2026.

Archie in Hell #1 Enters The Demonic Circle with New “Pyre Satanic” Variant – Coming November 4th!

Oni Press has revealed the “Pyre Satanic” variant cover for Archie in Hell #1 beautifully illustrated by Chloe Brailsford – a startling new addition to the launch of the infernal new ongoing series from multiple Eisner Award nominee Patrick Horvath and Russ Manning Award winner Tyler Crook debuting in stores on November 4th!
