Drawn by acclaimed illustrators Betsy Cola, Chrissie Zullo, and Godtail, these quirky covers will be featured on three of the month’s hottest issues: Captain America #14, Miles Morales: Spider-Man #1, and Spider-Man/Hulk: Fire and Brimstone #1. Marvel reveals Marvel Tōkon: First Strike Variant Covers and One-Shot

PlayStation Studios, Arc System Works, and Marvel Games have joined forces to deliver the latest in tag team fighters, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls! Releasing on August 6, the game drops players into an all-new Marvel Universe packed with reimagined characters and stages, a heart-pounding soundtrack, intuitive gameplay, and jaw-dropping visuals that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

To celebrate the launch, Marvel Comics is bringing the excitement of the game to comic shops with Marvel Tōkon: First Strike #1, an action-packed comic special written by Steve Orlando, Tom Waltz, Josh Trujillo and drawn by Bruno Büll, Áthila Fabbio and Ryusei Yamada. What do you get when you combine two of Marvel’s most popular characters with an all-star creative team and let them run wild together? Answer: One hell of a time! Spider-Man and the Hulk have had plenty of run-ins in the past, but when the writing team of Kevin Smith and Andy McElfresh and artist R.B. Silva bring them together this August, they’ll run up against a trial that puts their faith to the test: the exorcism of Bruce Banner.

This ultra-accessible and pun-filled five issue limited series begins when Easter Mass in Central Park is interrupted by Mole Man and a horde of Man-themed supervillains. Not one to let a pun go to waste (or a holiday be ruined) Peter Parker suits up and steps in to save the day… before the Incredible Hulk makes his presence felt as only the Jade Giant can. Together with Matt Murdock, Spidey learns that Bruce Banner is intent on solving his “Hulk” problem once and for all with the help of the church. Namely, through an exorcism of his big green counterpart!
