Electronic Arts has announced a new development studio based in Seattle, Cliffhanger Games. The studio is working on an original, third-person, single-player Black Panther video game in collaboration with Marvel Games.
The studio is being led by Kevin Stephens.

MARVEL World of Heroes is Niantic’s latest AR mobile game that brings the iconic Marvel Universe into the real world.
In MARVEL World of Heroes, players can create their own unique Super Hero identity and origin story. Players will need to patrol their neighborhoods to foil crimes, complete Super Hero missions, and thwart interdimensional threats. As players level up, they will unlock equipment and abilities, and will team up with Marvel Super Heroes such as Spider-Man, Wolverine, Captain America and others to battle iconic Super Villains and save the Multiverse from cosmic and earthbound threats.
MARVEL World of Heroes is scheduled to launch globally in 2023.
Sony and Insomniac Games as revealed Marvel’s Wolverine! The game is being developed by Brian Horton (creative director) and Cameron Christian (game director) who recently worked on Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. The game is in early development so expect this one to be a while before it comes to the PlayStation 5.
Announced at the Playstation “State of Play,” later this year you’ll be able to experience what it’s like to be within Iron Man‘s armor with Marvel’s Iron Man VR. The game comes to Playstation VR exclusively from Marvel Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Camouflaj.
Featuring the brand new “Impulse Armor” designed by Adi Granov the game has you playing as Tony Stark confronting ghosts from his past. You’ll come in contact with allies and villains jetting around the globe on heroic missions. The game will include flying, shooting, and more taking advantage of the virtual reality platform.
