Oni Press has announced that is returning to New York Comic Con (NYCC) for THE CLASS OF 2024 – a must-see panel presentation detailing a titanic slate of new and upcoming projects from some of the industry’s most talented creators: Melissa Flores (TOP SECRET, Power Rangers), Eisner Award nominee Matt Lesniewski (FACELESS AND THE FAMILY), Eisner Award nominee Jarrett Melendez (TOP SECRET, CHEF’S KISS), Emmett Nahil (LET ME OUT), Jordan Thomas (THE MAN FROM MAYBE), Zac Thompson (TOP SECRET, Hunt for Skinwalker), and LySandra Vuong (COVENANT), alongside Oni Press Editor-in-Chief Sierra Hahn, and President & Publisher Hunter Gorinson.

Oni Press To Publish LySandra Vuong’s Webtoon Smash Hit Covenant

With more than 21 million reads and over 630,000 followers, Covenant is one of the most popular comics on Webtoon and the remarkable comics debut of LySandra Vuong, also known as Explodikid. The critically acclaimed, fan-favorite series follows a powerful exorcist with no faith in God, who is tasked to protect a seemingly normal human from rising demonic forces. The series features a slow-burn queer romance and explores religious faith, the weight of destiny, and what it means to be good in a world plagued by demons. BOOM! pledges Fence: Redemption Charity Cover proceeds to The Trevor Project

BOOM! Studios stands in support of the LGBTQ+ community and, this June, is offering a Pride Charity Cover for C.S. Pacat and Johanna the Mad‘s Fence: Redemption #1, with colors by Joana LaFuente, and letters by Jim Campbell, exclusively through the BOOM! Studios webstore. 

BOOM! Studios will donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this beautifully illustrated cover by LySandra Vuong, limited to 750 copies, to The Trevor Project, supporting continued rights and care for the LGBTQ+ community. BOOM! Studios is proud to make a charitable donation to The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ young people.

To further extend the launch issue’s celebration of Pride Month, BOOM! Studios is offering  the Fence: Redemption #1 Pride Celebration Cover by Keyla Valerio, available in comic shops June 7, 2023.
