The first great hero in American fiction—in the first true American epic! Across the Eastern Wilderness rages the French and Indian War—with only a handful of English and Colonial troops standing in the path of the relentless army of General Montcalm and his fierce Iroquois allies. But arrayed against the invaders are Hawkeye, the fabled frontier scout, and his noble friends Chingachgook and Uncas, the only two survivors of the Mohican tribe. THE LAST OF THE MOHICANS is a tale of bravery and barbarism — of heroism amid the horrors of the final great war fought between the British and the French — and their Indian allies — for a land destined one day to seize its freedom in its own hands. James Fenimore Cooper’s famous novel has been adapted with all its legendary excitement intact by award-winning writer Roy Thomas, and artists Steven Kurth and Denis Medri.

Brandon Easton (w) • Denis Medri (a & c)
Pro-Wrestling’s secrets and greatest moments are immortalized in this graphic novel from legendary wrestling personality Jim Cornette. A true-story style anthology, these insider tales will show the lengths that wrestlers went to uphold “kayfabe” (the old carny term for the presentation of legitimate conflict), as well as the noteworthy cultural, racial, and economic effects these events and characters had on society. This is the graphic novel that old school wrestling fans have been waiting their entire lives for: a no-holds-barred representation of the moments that wrestling insiders couldn’t talk about for years.

CHRISTOPHER HASTINGS (The Unbelievable Gwenpool! Secret Agent Deadpool! Adventure Time! I Am Groot!) and DAVID HAHN (Batman ’66! Bombshells: United!) proudly present a story from a time when there wasn’t internet, but there WERE cyborgs!
It’s the 1970s. Things are going great. Steve Austen (used to be an astronaut, now has robo-parts & a laser eye) heads to Japan to help Secret Agent Niko Abe stop a madman with missiles. Steve figures, no sweat. But then…sweat. How’s Steve going to complete his mission, when his fancy $6,000,000 body starts (DRASTICALLY) depreciating in value!?
Dynamite Entertainment has announced a reimagining of the iconic and bionic 1970s TV sensation, The Six Million Dollar Man. Starting in March 2019, writer Christopher Hastings and artist David Hahn will traverse the globe with Colonel Steve Austin – and hopefully survive the experience!
The time: the 1970s. The place: Japan. Rather than a full team of highly trained soldiers, Japanese secret agent Niko Abe is sent one single man to help her on a mission. Though Steve Austin is not any ordinary man. They must stop a nefarious plan by a madman to exact revenge on the United States for decades-old conflicts.
Things go awry when everyone’s favorite atomic powered agent immediately finds his cybernetically altered body failing him. His $6 million enhancements – $23 million adjusted for inflation in 2018 – are dwindling in value and effectiveness. Any minute now he may be the Six Thousand Dollar Man. He must fight through it though, and against both samurai AND the KGB.
The Six Million Dollar Man #1 will feature colors by Roshan Kurchiyanil and letters by Ariana Maher. As well as covers from Michael Walsh, Yasmine Putri, Francesco Francavilla, and Denis Medri.
Journey back to an era without Internet, but WITH cyborgs!
