Ofiusa #2

(W) Guillem March (A) Guillem March

We venture into the idyllic Ofiusa, where Isla lives freely, unburdened by material or moral constraints. This is in stark contrast to Mar, whose charms have Joan completely captivated. Perhaps it’s déjà vu, or perhaps something deeper, but the two girls seem to be bound by some mysterious connection.

D’Orc #9

(W) Brett Bean (A) Brett Bean

D’orc travels to the Frozen Moors in search of the Bone Witch and to escape that annoying Dark Golem that’s hunting him. But the Necromancer atop the snowy mountains is slowly building an army of meat monsters and D’orc now comes to face, to face, to face, to… oh, gross why are there SO many faces!?!

A comic book cover titled 'D'orc', featuring a half-dwarf, half-orc character towering over a landscape of ice and jagged rocks, with a smaller figure in the foreground, both set against a colorful background.

Dread the Halls returns this December for its Third Annual Holiday One-Shot with More Creatures, Carnage, and Questionable Christmas Cheer

It’s a holiday tradition: Syzygy Publishing and Image Comics are back to put the dread where the merry used to be. Yes, the fan-favorite one-shot Dread the Halls 2026 is bringing another 48 pages of supernatural horror, pitch-black humor, and ultimate seasonal carnage to comic shops!

Series creators and writers Jordan Hart and Chris Ryall are joined by artists Chris Anderson, Drew Rausch, Fabio Veras, and Well-Bee for four new stories that take everything warm, nostalgic, and comforting about Christmas and send it straight down the chimney.

Dread the Halls’ Annual Celebration of Bizarre Holidays Returns!

For the third annual Dreaded holiday anthology, writer Chris Ryall and artists Drew Rausch and Well-Bee pit elves against werewolves and open a new dimension in terror, while Jordan Hart alongside artists Chris Anderson and Fabio Veras unleash a haunted Christmas tree and bring about a massively oversized nutcracker battle, all underneath horrifically gorgeous covers by Maria Wolf, Hart, and painter Joe Jusko, who offers up a bizarre holiday adventure homage to himself!

Dread the Halls 2026 gets the full holiday wrap treatment with six covers—Maria Wolf: Cover A and the 1:50 Toxic Variant; Jordan Hart: the Wrapped Variant; and legendary painter Joe Jusko gets particularly festive with a Bizarre Variant, a 1:25 Unwrapped Variant, and a 1:100 Foil Variant.

Dread the Halls 2026 brings affection for holiday horror to comics, mixing supernatural scares, monsters, absurdity, and enough Christmas carnage to make the annual family gathering seem almost tolerable.

So pour the eggnog, check the chimney, and keep an eye on the tree. Dread the Halls 2026 (Lunar Code: 1026IM0285) goes on sale December 2, 2026.
