NYCC 2025: Post Malone will be in attendance for Big Rig!

Post Malone

Post Malone has officially announced that he will attend New York Comic Con with Vault Comics to celebrate his best-selling comic book series, Big Rig

Post will join the already announced Big Rig panel that will take place on Friday October 10th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm inside the Javitz Center in room 405. The panel will also feature Big Rig artist Nathan Gooden, Big Rig co-writer and Vault Editor-in-Chief Adrian Wassel, and Vault CEO and Publisher, Damian Wassel.  The panel will be full of surprises as it focuses on the past, present, and future of all things Big Rig, from inside the comic to its adaptations beyond.

Vault will have limited quantities of special deluxe hardcover editions of Big Rig for sale at the site, as well as some exceedingly rare Big Rig #1 convention exclusive single issue variant covers drawn by legendary artists such as Peach Momoko and Pete Carroll

Vault and Post Malone tease Big Rig, Book 2: Damned

Vault and Post Malone have teased the return of the Big Rig comic series in 2026 with Big Rig, Book 2: Damned. Vault have released a piece of teaser art by Nathan Gooden, hinting at what’s to come as the Rig’s journey continues.

In the next chapter of Big Rig, Trucker, Edda, and Batu have put Lucifer and the Princess of Hell in the rearview mirror, but the bloodshed is far from finished. Satan has sent a new general to lead his invasion. As Belphegor advances through Europe on a mission to raise Hell, the Rig chases, only to end up on a collision course with an unexpected enemy: invaders from the north capitalizing on the chaos. Now, it’s a war on two fronts. And what’s worse, both enemies possess weapons that make the Rig look less like the miracle our heroes need and more like a deathtrap. Will the vehicle keeping them alive be their doom? All depends on how well Trucker can drive.

Big Rig is written by Post Malone and Adrian Wassel, drawn by Nathan Gooden, colored by Eisner-nominee Der-Shing Helmer, lettered by Jim Campbell, and designed by Tim Daniel

Post Malone’s Big Rig #1 is entertaining but it’s basically Army of Darkness with a truck

The Dark Ages…Demon hordes plague Europe as Hell invades Earth. The Six Petals, a secret sect of The Knights Templar, are in desperate need of a means to drive back the scourge and turn the tide of the onslaught. What crashes to earth is The Rig, a fully loaded tractor trailer. In the aftermath of its arrival, the only man left standing is an enigmatic former priest excommunicated from The Six Petals. He will become Trucker and lead the fight against Hell behind the wheel of a demon-slaying machine.
