Multi-award-winning cartoonist Art Baltazar, celebrated for his dynamic and heartwarming artistry, has created a one-of-a-kind design, featuring colorful and vibrant artwork that captures the love and joy in comics. The design will serve as the commemorative t-shirt, poster, and vinyl sticker for FCBD 2025.
