Legendary Hellboy creator Mike Mignola is expanding the best-selling Lands Unknown universe with a brand new graphic novel coming next year from Dark Horse Books. Earlier this year, Mignola’s anthology of folklore-inspired fantasy stories Bowling With Corpsesand other Strange Tales from Lands Unknown, which is already in its third printing with a fourth being prepared, dazzled fans with a blend of horror, humor, and stunning artwork, illustrating the creator’s dynamic range. Now, Dark Horse Comics is revealing the first preview of the highly-anticipated Uri Tupka and The Gods, a new graphic novel written and drawn by Mike Mignola with colors by Dave Stewart.
Uri Tupka and The Gods: Another Story from Lands Unknownfollows the titular wayward theologian across the Lands Unknown on a quest to prove that ancient powerful gods shaped the world. Uri’s journey puts him face to face with mythical creatures, thieves, dragons, and a tomb of unspeakable horror. But nothing can prepare the unlikely adventurer for what he learns about the universe or his role in it.
Uri Tupka and the Gods: Another Story from Lands Unknown is a 104-page hardcover that will be released in bookstores and comic shops on February 24, 2026.
Prices are influx across the board, especially in the United States, for a range of factors. Games Workshop has announced that it’s increasing prices on “some” products starting October 6, 2025. The company hasn’t announced price increases due to recent tariffs by President Donald Trump, but it’s hard to not think the two are connected.
The average price will increase about 4% but the exact amount will vary by product. Some will increase more and some less. Products like paints, sprays, and paint sets aren’t changing at all.
Recently, Warlord Games announced it was passing along the increase cost of tariffs to consumers but crediting accounts for that amount.
President Donald Trump’s increase on tariffs and the removal of the “De Minimis” tariff exception are impacting consumers forcing companies to increase prices to pass along the increased cost of getting goods to the United States. The “De Minimis” exception meant that goods under a certain amount were not subject to tariffs at all. That of course is impacting the game industry where numerous companies are located outside of the United States and a lot of the manufacturing occurs in other countries as well.
Warlord Games, a British game publisher, has announced a plan to ease the burden on customers due to the “De Minimis” tariff removal and increased cost to consumers in the US. The company is moving to a “Delivered Duty Paid” service for US customers. That means tariffs will be calculated and charged at checkout which will help ease delivery times through customs.
Warlord Games has announced it is crediting accounts the value of the tariffs charged on Warlord Games products once the order has shipped.
An example they provided:
Order total: $120
Tariff: $12
Total with Tariff: $132
Credit in account to redeem once shipped: $12
While it’s never ideal to raise prices and this tax on consumers will increase costs for those in the US, it’s at least one way to ease the impact.
For those who had pre-ordered products that wouldn’t ship until after August 29, Warlord will send them Delivered Duty Paid at no addition cost. Warlord is eating the cost in those cases and customers won’t need to do anything more.

The Eisner Award nominated, supernatural mystery seriesPhantom Road—by master storytellers Jeff Lemire and Gabriel Hernández Walta—will take a chilling turn into the heart of a brutal murder investigation with Occult undertones this October. The Phantom Road, Vol. 3trade paperback will collect issues #11-15 and arrive from Image Comics just in time for Halloween.
Phantom Road, Vol. 3 plunges readers deeper into its eerie mythology—where strange leylines, monstrous entities, and a web of roadside horrors all lead back to a hair-raising conspiracy known as Project Jackknife.
Set in 1997, fans follow Agent Donald Weaver as he’s dispatched to rural Wisconsin to probe a string of grisly murders. Teamed with the unpredictable Agent Jimmy Harold, Weaver unearths something far more disturbing: a pattern connecting the Billy Bear truck stops, supernatural energy fields, and an ancient Evil bleeding through the cracks of reality.
The clues are piling up, but the truth is darker—and more dangerous—than anyone imagined.
With its signature mix of cryptic suspense, emotional depth, and jaw-dropping revelations, Phantom Road continues to grip fans of Twin Peaks, The Department of Truth, The X-Files, Gideon Falls, and Revival with its unique, atmospheric world building.
Phantom Road, Volume Three trade paperback (ISBN: 9781534332867, Lunar Code 0825IM0478) will be available at local comic book shops on Wednesday, October 8 and independent bookstores, Bookshop, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million, Indigo, and Waterstones on Tuesday, October 21.
