SDCC 2025: Biker Mice From Mars Exclusives Unveiled by The Nacelle Company

The Nacelle Company has announced that two San Diego Comic-Con 2025 exclusive figure sets based on the popular Biker Mice From Mars animated series will be available for purchase by attendees during the convention week. The reveal marks another exciting step in the expansion of the NacelleVerse — a shared animated and collectible universe built around beloved ’80s and ’90s icons.

Straight from the surface of everyone’s favorite red planet (and the hearts of ’90s kids everywhere), Biker Mice From Mars made its original 1993 debut and quickly gained a cult following with its high-octane mix of mutant motorcycles, street-smart action, and punk-rock attitude. Now, over three decades later, they’ve never looked better.

With an already-growing popular toyline, the limited-edition Biker Mice From Mars figures will be available to fans for purchase at Booth #2547 during San Diego Comic-Con 2025:

  • Biker Mice from Mars 3-Pack – SDCC Exclusive (MSRP: $100): The set features premium, fully articulated versions of Throttle, Modo, and Vinnie, marking the first time in franchise history that the iconic trio is offered together in one package, and it also represents the first-ever SDCC exclusive for Biker Mice From Mars. The set includes a collector’s box featuring the official SDCC Exclusive 2025 logo, which will be available exclusively for this release and is limited to 500 units, making it a centerpiece-worthy release for any fan or collector.
  • Biker Mice from Mars Throttle Bootleg Edition – SDCC Exclusive (MSRP: $100) – This wildly creative Bootleg Edition is a nod to the gritty underground toy scene of the early ’90s and features Throttle, dressed in a hot dog costume and wearing a FansCon badge. Each figure is an unarticulated, hand-painted art toy-style collectible bootleg, designed and individually painted by acclaimed bootleg toy artist Marquee Marauders Club. Packaged in a limited edition of only 100 units with SDCC Exclusive 2025 logos attached, this figure combines irreverent creativity with nostalgic flair, making it an absolute must-have.

In addition to its ongoing comic series, created in collaboration with Oni Press, The Nacelle Company is launching a Biker Mice From Mars animated reboot. Recently unveiling a first look at WonderCon 2025, the reboot is being executive produced by Ryan Reynolds, Brian Volk-Weiss, and George Dewey. Much like its fellow Nacelleverse series, RoboForce The Animated Series – executive produced by Dwayne Johnson, Brian Volk-Weiss, and Dany Garcia, the new Biker Mice From Mars series promises to offer a dynamic blend of humor, action, and heart, qualities that made the original show a fan favorite.

The Nacelle Booth will also rev up the excitement with San Diego 2025 limited-edition, custom-designed Biker Mice from Mars magnets featuring fan-favorite characters Throttle, Vinnie, Modo, and Charley! These collectibles are available for free only with every $5+ purchase at the booth—and once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. Don’t miss your chance to collect all four! Supplies are extremely limited, so fans are encouraged to race over early as these magnets are bound to ride off fast!

The Nacelle Company continues to develop an expansive toy line, comic book series, and upcoming animated reboot for classic fan-favorite properties like Biker Mice From Mars including RoboForce, SectaursWild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa, and more all serving as pillars of the NacelleVerse — an interconnected universe built with bold storytelling, imaginative design, and a deep respect for the originals.

SDCC 2025: Alien Books Reveals New Manga, Valiant Comics Anthologies, and Teases a Secret Crossover comic for 2026

Alien Books

A new era has dawned at Alien Books as the publisher unveiled a revised logo and plans to publish a range of new projects in 2026 ahead of this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. The cult favorite manga series Badducks by Toryumon Takeda and a new X-O Manowar: Black, White & Gold anthology series will both factor heavily into the publisher’s 2026 slate of releases, alongside previously announced projects like Valiant Beyond and new Zorro comic series.

The next series to be released as part of Alien’s growing manga library, Badducks by mangaka Toryumon Takeda is a fantasy story with sci-fi elements that follows Morgan Gray, a man who sold his organs to pay off a debt and underwent an experiment to become a powerful cyborg. After being forced into servitude by the mob, Morgan meets a desperate lady named Lisa and together they escape along with a briefcase full of stolen money… and a baby! The unlikely trio must survive a life on-the-run from the dangerous criminals that are hunting them down.

Spanning across four volumes, Badducks Vol. 1 will arrive in Fall 2026 and be distributed to both the direct market and book markets by Penguin Random House, as part of Alien’s publishing partnership with IDW.

Badducks Vol. 1

Alien Books found its footing in the crowdfunding market this year. The next Valiant Comics project to launch on Kickstarter efforts will be a spiritual successor to 2024’s Black, White & Bloodshot series and will star Aric of Dacia: X-O Manowar: Black, White & Gold.

The bi-chromatic anthology series, offered as an exclusive hardcover edition through Kickstarter, will feature all-new stories from every era of Valiant Comics and will be written by a collection of established and up-and-coming industry talent including legendary mangaka Shintaro Kago, Marc Guggenheim, Kevin Roditeli, Sylvain Runberg, Roberto Meli, Adriano Barone, Luca Blengino, Mike Baron, Alex Segura, Diego Agrimbau, Sean Lewis, Dan Abnett, Peter Milligan, Louis Southard, Derek Fridolfs, AJ Ampadu and many more.

The full list of creators on the project will be revealed when the Kickstarter campaign goes live later this year.

Exclusive add-ons for this project will include the previously announced X-O Manowar #0 Artist’s Edition and X-O Manowar #1 Facsimile Edition, making it a true celebration of one of Valiant’s most iconic heroes and can’t-miss for hardcore Valiant fans.

X-O Manowar: Black, White & Gold

A new version of the Alien Books logo will appear across the first issues of upcoming Valiant Beyond series Bloodshot and Tales of the Shadowman, hitting comic shops in August.

With a full slate of crowdfunding projects, relaunches and licensed titles on deck for 2026, Timarchi also teased an unannounced crossover project that will pit one of Valiant Comics’ flagship characters against a mystery opponent from an iconic fighting game franchise.

More details on this crossover project will be announced later this year.

Fans can get a sneak peek into the future of Alien Books and Valiant Comics by picking up the Valiant Beyond Preview Edition Ashcan available for free at IDW Publishing’s booth #2729 at San Diego Comic-Con, while supplies last.

In the world of Flippitoons reality is flipped on its head. Jim S. Fletcher, (the S is silent) holds the highest degree in the dubious field of Oddibiology, and has been diligently studying and cataloging Flippitoons. His observations on these elusive beings will soon be published in a journal that chronicles his flippy findings. The Flippitoons Field Guide of Fantastical Faces takes the viewer into the Flippi-verse of phenomenal creatures and their inverse personalities. When you turn the book over you will find faces of another kind wrongside up, or rightside down.

The main character illustrations are accompanied by some quick lines of rhyming prose that can be read no matter which way you flip the book. Along with this ‘Odditome’ Fletcher and his research team have created some handy 2.5″ x 3.5″ trading cards to identify these strange beings out in the wild. The fearsome and funny Flippitoons characters are also featured in their own unique 30-45 second Flippimations, now in social media with original music composed by Fletcher to reflect each creature’s personality.

Fans can support the Flippitoons art book on Kickstarter when it launches but make sure to sign up now so you don’t miss it!
