Jack White’s Las Vegas Concert Poster is a Playable Board Game!
Designed by Matthew Jacobson, Jack White‘s official poster for his October 2 show at Fontainebleau Las Vegas brought something a little different. Not only could you appreciate it as a poster, but it’s also a playable board game: Jack White: Las Vegas Frenzy!
The 18-by-24-inch poster is the board, with a 52-card game deck, six wooden playing pieces, a custom wooden die, four additional mystery cards (“for magicians only”) and a rulebook. After the concert, a game night was hosted at Fontainebleau’s Azul Lounge, where fans sat down to play.
All 350 copies available at the show sold out. The full edition is 480 copies, including show, band and artist copies. Artist copies go on sale Friday, October 9, at noon Central / 10 a.m. Pacific, for $150 plus shipping.
Along with the poster, a 1980s-style board-game commercial was made by Jacobson with filmmaker Steve Delahoyde, published on Jack White’s official Instagram account.
