Crimes Against Nature #1 sells out and gets a second printing

New series Crimes Against Nature by Eliot Rahal and Mattia Monaco has hit big with readers instantly hooked by it’s quirky, neo-noir hijinks and issue #1 has sold out completely at the distributor level. Image Comics will rush this debut back to print this week in order to keep up with escalating demand.

Best described as Koko the gorilla meets The Usual Suspects, Crimes Against Nature follows famous Hollywood Animal Trainer, Doctor Kermit Groedan, and his only client/best friend—Amigo the Ape, the first gorilla ever nominated for an Academy Award—are framed for a crime they didn’t commit. Now they’re on the run. And to clear their names and save their lives, Kermit and Amigo will be forced to reveal their darkest secrets and confront each other’s hidden past. Will their friendship be able to survive?

Crimes Against Nature #1, second printing is available at comic book shops on Wednesday, October 28.
