Prism Comics has championed LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion in comics since 2003. For over 20 years Prism has provided “a place at the table” for queer comics creators at conventions, panel presentations, our website and Prism Comics’ very own LGBTQ+ comic convention, Q Con – qconprism.org.

Prism has been at the forefront of advocating for transgender, bisexual. asexual and gender fluid creators, creators of color, women and creators of LGBTQ+ comics for young readers. In the face of rising LGBTQ+ discrimination and hatred, it’s more important than ever for LGBTQ+ and LGBTQ+ friendly comics creators to share their stories and for queer and questioning people of all ages to see themselves represented in comics and graphic novels.

There are lots more stories to tell and lives to enrich through comics.
