IDW Publishing has terminated it’s publisher Jud Meyers. In a bizarre turn of events, Meyers was named Publisher on July 22. On July 27 he was placed on “administrative leave.” Now, he’s no longer with the company.

There’s lots of rumors as to questionable dealings and more in Meyers’ past but it’s unknown the exact reason why IDW has decided now to “part ways” with him. It also opens up questions as to IDW’s hiring process that this happened.

IDW’s statement was brief and lips are tight right now as to “why.”
