Capullo, Larroca, Adams, Van Sciver, 100+ Comics Creators At Wizard World St. Louis Comic Con
Greg Capullo, Salvador Larroca, Eisner Award Hall of Famer Neal Adams and Ethan Van Sciver are among the headliners on a roster of more than 100 top comics artists and writers who will attend Wizard World St. Louis Comic Con, April 4-6 at America’s Center.
Other top-level creators appearing include David Mack, Carlo Pagulayan, Arthur Suydam, John Tyler Christopher, Greg Horn, Mike Grell, Cullen Bunn, Chris Samnee and Angel Unzueta.
Mack also drew the exclusive variant cover of Wolverine And The X-Men #1, to be provided to the first 3,000 VIP attendees at the show. A black & white sketch version, limited to 2,500 copies, will be available for purchase at the Wizard World store on the convention floor.
“Batman” fans celebrating the 75th anniversary of the superhero’s debut are in for an additional treat, with the first convention appearance of Athena Finger, the only grandchild of Bill Finger, the uncredited co-creator and original writer of Batman. With Finger, Adams and actors Adam West and Burt Ward from the 1966 TV series attending, St. Louis Comic Con will be extra special for followers of the Caped Crusader.
