BOOM! Studios and Cartoon Network have revealed a first look at Adventure Time: Marcy & Simon #2 (of 6). Writer Olivia Olson and artist Slimm Fabert bring fans the exciting official comic book continuation of the Emmy Award-winning Cartoon Network animated series by revealing what’s next for the reformed Ice King and Vampire Queen Marceline in comic book form.

Marcy and Simon’s friendship has endured over 900 years and through bouts of insanity and amnesia. So when Simon’s memories of his life as the Ice King and his memories of Marceline, start slipping away, Marcy recruits Princess Bubblegum to figure out how to get them back. It’s time for some mad science! But if even the maddest of science isn’t enough to fix Simon’s brain, where will Marcy turn next? 

Adventure Time: Marcy & Simon #2 features a main cover by Brittney Williams, along with variant covers by illustrators Ray Tonga and Ashley Morales.

BOOM! Studios and Cartoon Network have revealed a captivating first look at Adventure Time: Marcy & Simon #1 (of 6), the start of an all-new limited series in January 2019. Writer Olivia Olson and artist Slimm Fabert unveil the exciting official comic book continuation of the Emmy Award-winning Cartoon Network animated series by revealing what’s next for the reformed Ice King and Vampire Queen Marceline in comic book form.

Marcy and Simon’s friendship has endured over 900 years and through bouts of insanity and amnesia. After the events of Adventure Time™ Season 10, we get to see the Vampire Queen and former Ice King rediscover themselves and their ever-evolving relationship as they tour the Land of Ooo in order to make amends for Simon’s past misdeeds. But the transition from evil Ice King to gentle Simon isn’t without its consequences, and Marcy will have to face her greatest fear once again: losing Simon.

Adventure Time: Marcy & Simon #1 features a main cover by Brittney Williams, along with variant covers by Lisa Dubois, Sofie Drozdova, and Ashley Morales. It comes to shelves January 16th, 2019.

BOOM! Studios and Cartoon Network have announced Adventure Time: Marcy & Simon #1 (of 6), kicking off an all-new limited series epic in January 16, 2019. Writer Olivia Olson (Marceline on Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time) and artist Slimm Fabert (Adventure Time comic series) unveil the exciting official comic book continuation of the Emmy Award-winning Cartoon Network animated series by revealing what’s next for the titular Vampire Queen and the former Ice King

After the events of the Adventure Time series finale, Marceline and Simon have finally reunited! Now together, Simon asks Marceline for help in making amends for his time as Ice King, which leads them, Finn, and Jake on an adventure with so many twists and turns, even our skilled heroes have a hard time keeping up!

A modern day fable, Adventure Time follows unlikely heroes Finn and Jake, buddies who traverse the mystical Land of Ooo and encounter its colorful inhabitants. The best of friends, our heroes always find themselves in the middle of heart-pounding escapades. Finn, a silly kid with an awesome hat and Jake, a brassy dog with a big kind heart, depend on each other through thick and thin.
