Midtown Comics in New York City is welcoming actor Peter Facinelli along with his producing partner Rob Defranco for a special book signing of their new comic book, Protocol: Orphans #1 from BOOM! Studios, on Wednesday, November 20th, at 7:30pm at the Midtown Comics Downtown location. Day Men #1 Sells Out, Goes To Second Print

BOOM! Studios has announced that Day Men #1, the first BOOM! project drawn by industry legend Brian Stelfreeze, has sold out at the distributor level and the publisher has rushed to a second printing. Comic book fans should keep in mind first printings of Day Men #1 may still be found at the local comic shop nearest you.

BOOM! Studios Heads to Calgary Expo And C2E2

Two conventions, two countries…one weekend. BOOM! Studios takes its 2013 convention tour multi-country the weekend of April 26th by exhibiting at both the Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo and C2E2.

The Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo takes place Friday, April 26th from 12pm to 8pm, Saturday the 27th from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday the 28th from 10am to 5pm. It is taking place at the BMO Center located at 20 Roundup Way SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2W1.

BOOM! Studios is thrilled to host Paul Jenkins, Michael Alan Nelson, and Eric Esquivel at the BOOM! booth # 200 all weekend long. Fans of all-ages comics won’t want to miss the opportunity get an original sketch at the KaBOOM! booth #400 from Mike Holmes, Zack Sterling, and Travis Hill. The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) 2013 is being held in the West Building at McCormick Place located at 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois. On Friday, April 26th the show will run from 11am-7pm, on Saturday the 27th from 10am -7pm, and on Sunday, April 28th from 10am – 5pm.

BOOM! Studios has teamed up with Mighty Fine and will be sharing a booth at the show, booth #909. The combined booth will be the only place to pick up our three C2E2 exclusive variant covers for Regular Show #1, Bravest Warriors #7 and Adventure Time #15 by artist Tessa Stone. BOOM! Studios Kicks Off 2013 with the Amazing Arizona Comic Con

BOOM! Studios is making its inaugural appearance at the Amazing Arizona Comic Con which takes place Friday, January 25th through Sunday, January 27. In addition to being the first stop on BOOM!’s ambitious 2013 convention tour, the publisher will bring two of its most dynamic writers to the show.

The Amazing Arizona Comic Con will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center located at 100 North 3rd Street  Phoenix, AZ 85004. On Friday the 25th, the shows hours are from 3pm-8pm, on Saturday the 26th, the hours are from 10am-7pm and on Sunday the 27th, the hours are from 10am-6pm.

BOOM! Studios will host Michael Alan Nelson and Eric Esquivel at the BOOM!/KaBOOM! booth. They’ll be located at booth # 309 all weekend long. Head there to get some of the hot titles coming out from this publisher.

BOOM! Studios Heads to Baltimore Comic Con

BOOM! Studios is hosting Paul Pope at booth #1301 at Baltimore Comic Con. Pope contributed an amazing back up story in Adventure Time #5. Additionally, BOOM! will be bringing a selection of BOOM! Studios, BOOM! Town, and kaBOOM! trade paperbacks, single issues, and convention variants including Get-A-Sketch covers.

BOOM! is also hosting two dynamic panels – their regular BOOM!/BOOM! Town/kaBOOM! panel on Saturday at 2:00 pm and “Breaking Into Comics Right Now!” on Sunday at 3:00 pm.
