We have the exclusive reveal of the covers for Forgotten Runes: Wizard’s Cult #4. The series began as a seemingly unconnected series of magical tales about power wizards, gradually merging into a legendary saga. Who is Chronomancer George of Dreams and what is he trying to tell the reader? Visions of the past, premonitions of the future – or something far more sinister that threatens the very fabric of the Runiverse itself?!
Written by Joe Rechtman with art by Reilly Brown and published by Titan Comics, Forgotten Runes: Wizard’s Cult #4 comes to shops May 8, 2024.
Check out the covers below, “A” by Reilly Brown, “B” by Kit Wallis, and “C” by Brown.
Another comic is being developed and coming to television. Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Anthony Kiedis will star and executive produce a series based on Hellicious. The show is in development at TBS. Kiedis will executive produce it along with Bob Forrest and Ron Burkle.
Hellicious is a comic series by Mina Elwell, Alan C. Medina, Kit Wallis, and Simon Oré. It follows Cherry, the Devil’s precocious 7-year-old grandaughter. She steals the soul of a Heaven-bound rock icon Briggy Bundy (Kiedis role). They head to different realms in the afterlife evading those who want to get Briggy’s soul as well as Cherry’s mother.
Carly Craig will write and executive produce the project, with Oré also executive producing. Along with Kiedis, Burkle, and Forrest, Barry Josephson and D. Matt Geller of Josephson Entertainment will also executive produce.
Geller will oversee the project with Christian Bersani, Josephson Entertainment’s vice president of development. Bersani will also serve as co-producer and initially brought in the project. Patrick Munroe of Said and Done will oversee the project for that company and also co-produce.
