This October, the world is reborn in the image Doug Ramsey, the heir of Apocalypse, in Age of Revelation! The event takes the Marvel Universe 10 years into the future where the Revelation Territories, a new mutant utopia, threatens an Earth ravaged—and transformed—by the mysterious X-Virus. This week, fans are learning how Revelation’s rise impacts the fate of the X-Men, the Avengers, and other Marvel heroes with new Age of Revelation series announcements.
Age of Revelation #0, a surprise prelude issue to the event, is available now at select retailers. Age of Revelation officially begins on October 1 in Age of Revelation Overture #1, a one-shot by current X-Men creative team, writer Jed MacKay and artist Ryan Stegman. Following that, Age of Revelation continues in new titles, including an evolution of the entire current X-Men line. So far, fans have learned about 13 Age of Revelation series and today, they can discover the final four, all hitting stands on October 29.
The new launches include Expatriate X-Men, a next generation X-Men team who directly opposes Revelation’s rule; Cloak Or Dagger, a bold twist on the iconic duo currently experiencing a surge in popularity thanks to Marvel Rivals; Undeadpool, which sees Deadpool consumed by an insatiable hunger for mutantkind; and X-Vengers, a new Avengers squad led by Dani Moonstar, featuring classic members transformed into mutants.
