BOOM! Studios has announced the release of Planet of the Apes Special #1, a standalone tale written by sci-fi novelist Daryl Gregory and illustrated by Diego Barreto, with 32 pages of story and art. The Planet of the Apes Special #1, the first of three over-sized issues that will conclude Gregory’s Planet of the Apes opus, is available in comic shops this Wednesday, February 13th.
“I’ve got mixed emotions: on one hand we’re bringing to a close a storyline we’ve been working on for over two years. On the other, hand, we’re bringing to a close a storyline we’ve been working on for over two years!
