Transformers: Legends Launches First Ever PvP Episode

Today DeNA continues its busy September for its Transformers: Legends mobile card battle game with its first ever Player vs. Player episode called The Omega Corps. This exciting episode pits players vs. other players in an all-out free for all, and features characters Omega Supreme, Jetfire, Ratchet and Mirage.

This week on TRANSFORMERS: LEGENDS…

In order to bring order to the chaos that has ensued following the clash of Optimus Prime and Megatron, Omega Supreme arrives with reinforcements – among them is the mighty Jetfire. Will they be able to restore balance between Autobots and Decepticons? Who will emerge victorious in this all-out war between the factions?

G.I. Joe: Battleground Launches Wrath of Cobra-La Event

Thanks to the courageous efforts of Snake Eyes and other Joes, the Joes have discovered that Cobra-La did not perish as originally thought and that the threat of a Cobra-La resurgence is very real. Using data obtained from Shipwreck’s commando raid, the Joes were able to pinpoint the Cobra-La’s revival to a remote region of the Himalayan mountains. Now the Joes gather their most elite squads for an all-out assault on Cobra-La’s clandestine operation.

Are the Joes ready to face the dangers of Cobra and Cobra-La’s forces in their underground burrows and put an end to return of this ancient evil race?

DeNA Kicks Off a Transformers: Legends September to Remember Campaign with Optimus Prime vs Megatron Episode

This September is one to remember for Transformers fans everywhere as DeNA rolls out a series of weekly episodes and new content including PvP for Transformers: Legends, a mobile card battle game inspired by the Transformers universe in the 1980s cartoon series.

Through September 10, the One Shall Fall episode commences pitting none other than Optimus Prime against Megatron in the ultimate showdown! This is the first Transformers: Legends episode to feature Optimus Prime and the first time that Optimus Prime is an Ultra Rare (Rarity 5) card.

In this episode, the conflict between the Autobots and Decepticons has come to a head and Megatron is leading an all out assault on Autobot City. It’s up to you to take on the Autobots and help Megatron overwhelm their forces to finally face off with Optimus Prime. The One Shall Fall episode also features familiar faces with the support of all-star characters Ironhide, Bumblebee, Shockwave, Jazz and Starscream.

The all-star Transformers: Legends episodes don’t stop there as September is set to bring another action-packed episode right after One Shall Fall featuring the monstrous Dinobots.

September also gives players the chance to take on other Transformers: Legends masters with an all-new PvP episode.

Transformers: Legends Releases Junkion Reunion Episode

DeNA’s popular Transformers: Legends mobile card battle game launches a new in-game episode called Junkion Reunion. This new episode runs through September 3, 2013.

This week on Transformers: Legends…

After the defeat of Unicron, Ultra Magnus must return to Earth to rebuild in the aftermath of the brutal Decepticon assault. He brings with him his Autobot comrades from the planet Junkion, including their new allies Wreck-Gar and Wheelie. However, their reunion is short-lived as they are interrupted by a sneak attack by the Insecticons who have a score to settle.

Biding their time, the cunning Insecticons wait for the right moment to strike. The preoccupied Autobots are overwhelmed by their surprise attacks. Will they stand a chance against the vicious attack?

More Chances to Get Sharpshot!

In the Junkion Reunion episode players have even more opportunities to earn unique Episode Cards. There will be three kinds of Sharpshot Character Cards for you to earn, each with unique episode bonuses (3x / 5x / 7x) and distinguishable by the art.

The 7x Episode Bonus Sharpshot Cards are attainable in the Episode Space Bridge, or can be acquired for 500 Ruby Medals.

The 5x and 3x Episode Bonus Sharpshot Cards can only be acquired by Ruby Medals, 60 for the 3x Episode Bonus Cards, and 230 for the 5x Episode Bonus Cards.

G.I. Joe: Battleground Launches Shipwreck’d PvP Event

DeNA’s G.I. Joe: Battleground action card battle mobile game based on the original G.I. Joe universe is releasing a new in-game player vs. player (PvP) event today called Shipwreck’d that runs through August 29, 2013.

After the Joes successfully decrypted the Cobra data obtained by Snake Eyes, they learned a frightening truth. Cobra-La is still alive, active, and seething with anger and hatred for G.I. Joe. In response to this grave threat, Joe teams from around the world have scrambled to launch various assaults against known Cobra intel centers to obtain information on the whereabouts of Cobra-La. One such perilous mission involves Shipwreck and a team of commandos finding their way onto a Cobra submarine. A close quarter firefight breaks out on the sub that threatens to blow up the nuclear powered titan with all combatants still on board.

Players can take up a side as Joe or Cobra and fight against other Squad Leaders. Will you side with Cobra to protect Cobra-La’s nefarious plans, or will you go with the Joes to unravel and put an end Cobra-La’s comeback?
