Image Comics and Skybound revealed a first look at Skybound X #5, concluding the weekly event series with…THE DEBUT OF SOMETHING NEW BY ROBERT KIRMAN AND JASON HOWARD!

We’ve also got the final chapter of “Rick Grimes 2000,” along with new stories from the worlds of The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton and Gasolina! Look, we don’t know who killed Trigger Keaton yet, but we do know that the BEST CAR CHASE EVER PUT TO PAPER is going down in The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton #2. Image Comics and Skybound have revealed a first look at the hotly-anticipated issue from Eisner Award nominees Kyle Starks and Chris Schweizer.

Like we said, someone murdered Trigger Keaton, the world’s most famous TV action hero. But to be fair, everyone kinda hated him. Trust us, you probably would’ve hated him too…but when it comes to solving this mystery, there’s no one better (well, that’s debatable) than his former television sidekicks.

On Friday at Skybound Xpo, Image Comics and Skybound teased an early look at the first comic book appearance of Clementine (the star of the bestselling video game series Telltale’s The Walking Dead) and revealed jaw-dropping cover art from the hotly anticipated Skybound X weekly comic book event. Superstars including Robert Kirkman, Ryan Ottley, Tillie Walden, Donny Cates, Joshua Williamson, Chip Zdarsky, James Harren, and Daniel Warren Johnson will contribute stories to this five-issue limited series launching on Wednesday, July 7.

Image Comics and Skybound have revealed a new variant cover by Erica Henderson and a first look at interior art from the hotly anticipated action/mystery series The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton by Eisner Award nominees Kyle Starks and Chris Schweizer.

The world’s most unlikable action star has been found dead, and his previous TV sidekicks take it upon themselves to find out who killed him. But how can you catch a murderer when almost everyone hated the victim? Time for the sidekicks to become the stars of this show…that is, if any can survive the STUNTMAN WAR!

In addition to a stunning new variant from Henderson, this debut issue will feature a Pride variant by Ed Luce.

Image and Skybound Launches Skybound X, a Weekly Series featuring New Stories with Rick Grimes and the First Appearance of Clementine

Image Comics and Skybound Entertainment will launch a five-issue, limited comic book series, Skybound X. This exciting comic event will feature iconic characters such as The Walking Dead’s Rick Grimes, Telltale’s The Walking Dead’s Clementine, and more Skybound favorites. Heavy hitter creators including Robert Kirkman, Ryan Ottley, Tillie Walden, Donny Cates, Joshua Williamson, Chip Zdarsky, James Harren, and Daniel Warren Johnson will contribute stories from the best Skybound series past, present, and future.

Each oversized, weekly issue will kick off with a chapter from “Rick Grimes 2000“, a story originally introduced in the back of The Walking Dead issue 75 and reuniting the Invincible team Robert Kirkman and Ryan Ottley. In addition, all-new series with brand new comic book characters will debut throughout.
