A Blindbox exclusive – the first of their G.I. Joe Trading Card covers is now available for Pre-Order!
In coming months, they’ll be releasing a series of trading card covers that pay homage to the iconic toy packaging art of the 1980’s! Each cover in series one will feature a different GI Joe character from the class of 1983, with art by fan-favorite GI Joe artist Zach Howard! The back cover of each book features a dossier for that month’s featured character. First up is SNOW JOB!

Blindbox Comics is a new “geek box” service catered towards comic fans. Unlike some other boxes this one focuses first on cool comics from the month, and also is featuring variant covers. For instance, their inaugural Kickstarter box featured I Hate Fairyland, Clean Room, Karnak, Paper Girls, The Amazing Spider-Man, and a variant to Enormous.
The service has three levels, just the variant, the comics, and the comics & the variant. What’s cool is, some of those variants can be random in that you might get one rarer than someone else, hence it being a blind variant.
For their first round of variants cover the world of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with Action Figure covers. They’ll be doing five sets of covers (3 covers for each release), for a total of 16 different TMNT Action Figure covers (this includes the TMNT 50 Shredder, which is only available as a free incentive to their annual subscribers).
Also, the first 100 customers to pre-order any of their TMNT 52 covers will also receive the 1:10 Retailer Incentive Cover for free!
