Your First Look at the Secrets of The Expanse #3

BOOM! Studios has revealed a first look at The Expanse #3, the latest issue of the four-issue limited comic book series from writer Corinna Bechko, artist Alejandro Aragon, colorist Francesco Segala, and letterer Ed Dukeshire, which is set between Season 4 and the fifth season of the Amazon Prime Video hit television series, The Expanse, available in comic shops February 17, 2021.

Bobbie has fallen for the same bait that has taken down so many before her, but have her enemies trapped her… or are they trapped with her? Meanwhile, Avasarala has been left for dead… and her last hope is a distress call traveling across the stars quickly enough.

The Expanse #3 features a main cover by W. Scott Forbes, as well as variant cover art by Tigh Walker and Priscilla Petraites with colors by Marco Lesko.

Studios has revealed a first look at The Expanse #1, the premiere issue of a new four-issue limited comic book series from writer Corinna Bechko, artist Alejandro Aragon, colorist Francesco Segala, and letterer Ed Dukeshire, which is set between Season 4 and the upcoming fifth season of the Amazon Prime Video hit television series, The Expanse, available in comic shops December 16, 2020.

The series picks up with Chrisjen Avasarala at the end of the television show’s fourth season. The longtime Secretary-General of the United Nations finds herself dealing with the outcome of the tumultuous elections for her position and far from Earth but not its politics. When Bobbie Draper – a former Martian marine – brings Avasarala intel on an intergalactic black market weapons ring, Avasarala sees a chance to reclaim her political position through a clandestine operation. But as Draper digs deeper into this secret cabal, she soon realizes the threat they pose is far larger – and closer to home – than either of them ever imagined.

The first four seasons of The Expanse television show are available to watch now on Prime Video. The show is financed and produced by Alcon Television Group, a division of Alcon Entertainment.

The Expanse #1 features main cover art by W. Scott Forbes, as well as variant cover art by Tigh Walker and Lorenzo de Felici and will be available on December 16, 2020.

Studios has announced The Expanse, a new four-issue limited comic book series from writer Corinna Bechko and artist Alejandro Aragon which is set between Season 4 and the upcoming fifth season of the Amazon Prime Video hit television series, The Expanse. The limited comic book series is available in comic shops starting December 2, 2020.

The Expanse picks up with Chrisjen Avasarala at the end of the television show’s fourth season. Maybe Someday: Stories of Promise, Visions of Hope

A Wave Blue World has announced the launch of its latest anthology, Maybe Someday: Stories of Promise, Visions of Hope which is now raising funds on Kickstarter. The graphic novel anthology is a sequel to All We Ever Wanted: Stories of a Better World which received a Ringo Award nomination for “best anthology.”

Maybe Someday is a new full-color anthology presenting over twenty-five aspirational stories to lift the spirits of readers and instill the hope that a brighter future is possible. Maybe Someday also reunites the publisher with the editorial team of Matt Miner and Eric Palicki.

The Maybe Someday Kickstarter campaign, running through the entire month of June, offers a Kickstarter exclusive cover, which is only available to backers. The cover art is by Max Dunbar with colors by Espen Grundetjern. Logo and cover design are by Tim Daniel. A different cover by this same team will be featured on the direct market edition when the book comes out later this year.

Other rewards include a digital sketchbook, signed bookplates, and combo packs of previously published anthologies.

Resonant #1 and Sera and the Royal Stars #1 have sold out. Both issues have been sent back to press, each with a new cover. The second printings will hit store shelves on August 28th, 2019. 

Resonant #1 and Sera and the Royal Stars #1 were Vault’s best-selling single issues to date, with Resonant #1 selling out of it’s 12,000 copy print run, and Sera and the Royal Stars #1 selling out of it’s 14,000 copy print run.
