What If?… Venom explores the limits of the Venom Symbiote
In February, explore the limits of the Venom’s symbiote startling potential in What If?… Venom! Brought to you by two rising Marvel stars, writer Jeremy Holt and artist Jesús Hervás, this new five-issue limited series will put a bold twist on the Venom symbiote’s origin as it’s rejected from Eddie Brock and tossed around on a twisted trip through the Marvel Universe. As the symbiote crosses paths with various Marvel heroes, readers will be introduced to new symbiote-bonded versions of She-Hulk, Wolverine, Doctor Strange, Loki, and Moon Knight. Kahhori debuts in Marvel Studios’ What If…?
Popular “comic” characters debuting in animation isn’t new and we might have the next hit in Kahhori who will debut in Marvel Studios‘ second season of What If…?.
The series reimagines classic Marvel stories in new ways. The episode what show what happens if the Tesseract fell to Earth and landed in the sovereign Haudenosaunee Confederacy before the colonization of America.
The Tesseract becomes a gateway to the star and leads Kahhori, a young Mohawk woman, on a quest to discover her power.
The episode was written by Ryan Little who had a close collaboration with members of the Mohawk Nation like historian Doug George and language expert Cecelia King. The goal was to ensure authenticity. The episode takes place in the Mohawk language and is informed by the history of the Akwesasne region in what is now upstate New York.
Kahhori is debuting in more than just the animated series. She already has her own Funko Vinyl Soda figure.

Marvel Legends dives into What If? with a new wave of figures
Hasbro’s Marvel Legends line takes a trip through Marvel’s television series and the multiverse with its What If? release.
The set features Zombie Scarlet Witch, Zombie Iron Man, Howard the Duck, Red Skull, He-Who-Remains, Classic Loki, and Jimmy Wood. Collect them all and you can put together Khonshu.
