Randy Taylor and Dustin Weaver’s Assassins’ Guild gets collected in 2027

The cyberpunk hidden gem Assassins’ Guild—the debut series from fan-favorite artist Dustin Weaver, and written by Randy Taylor—will finally be collected and available in stunning hardcover format in 2027 from Image Comics. This long-anticipated collected edition of the cult favorite will include issues #0-4 of the rarely seen, but much beloved, action-packed series.

Assassins’ Guild first introduced the industry to Weaver’s unique style and was followed by his eye-catching run on S.H.I.E.L.D. with Jonathan Hickman at Marvel. Weaver’s subsequent variant covers for Hickman and Nick Pitarra’s popular sci-fi miniseries, The Red Wing at Image cemented him as a frequent collaborator with Hickman and fans saw the duo reunite again at Marvel for their buzzy Avengers run. Weaver quickly skyrocketed to fame with further work on high profile series such as Edge of the Spider-Verse and Infinity Gauntlet (2015) as well as his popular run on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

America is run by corporations and, in Assassins’ Guild’s future-set story, violence and corruption are business as usual… with the exception of one highly trained rogue operative who could bring it all down! When tactical officer Alex Dayne suddenly grows a conscience, the Valentine Corporation sets out to destroy him. Bent on revenge and with nothing left to lose, Alex goes back into the underworld of New Washington and gathers a team of outcasts to wage war on the corporate machine and assassinate its CEO.
